The actual root canal, while not pleasant, was pain free and over in an hour. After reading my three-star review, Dr. Ardalan reached out to me in a sincere desire to address my concerns and to improve his services. Since then, we have exchanged several e- mails. Most impressively, Dr. Ardalan has made changes to his practice based on those aspects of my treatment that were less than ideal -- the Wave treatment, his dental assistant, and my extended and painful recovery. As examples, my Wave assistant is no longer working at his office, and he plans to create unique follow up instructions for patients with severe abscesses, like mine, given the possibility of significant pain and longer recovery time. As with the previous review, I was very happy with Dr. Ardalan's treatment before and during the root canal procedure. He was professional, skilled, kind, and let me know what he was doing before and during the root canal. His office was very attractive and his front office staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.
