I started training with Kacy 3 months ago. I initially started with one hr sessions 2x/week but have increased to 3x/week because of the impressive results. I would like to first start off by saying Kacy is a professional, well-experienced, and passionate personal trainer. In the initial consult he asked me what my fitness goals were, and he has tailored my workouts to successfully target these areas. I have never been consistent with any training/workout regimen until now, and that's because I actually enjoy the workouts. My strength and endurance have drastically increased in comparison to three months ago. I went from only being able to squat with the bar, to now squatting 135lbs for reps. Kacy also provides his clients with practical meal plans to achieve their fitness goals. Even with my cheat days (LOL) I have still lost about 4% body fat while gaining 3lbs in muscle, my thighs have grown 1.5inches of muscle, and my gluts have grown 0.5 inches of muscle! Kacy is a top notch trainer/coach. I had different trainers in the past for basketball, cardio, and strength training but training under Kacy for half a year gave me the best results. He is knowledgeable in each workout routine and provides a nutrition guide to ensure each individual trains and eats right. Just don't mention you had pizza and nachos the day before or you're going to look really bad for the next workout session. Also don't argue with him if In-n-out or habit burger is better. I'm a 40 something year old mom with a busy schedule, I work 2 jobs part time and try to make time for myself along the way. My background in fitness is, I go to the gym daily and I push myself to my own "limit." I've been working out since I was 18 years old or so. The thing about being pushed or motivated, is as a trainer you have to have the talent for it. Kacy is good at gauging from a step-back distance, when you've had enough or you still have a few drops of strength. Some don't pay attention to your body language or limit! I've had it happen to me before and was injured. I decided to hire Kacy for 3 months. Not only was he there to motivate me at the perfect level, but he did it with skill! He also helped me adjust my current diet to optimize my results! I trained 8 months with Kacy, and he totally transformed me for my wedding. I started at 178 and weighed 149lbs on my wedding day. It was a real roller coaster losing the weight but once I really buckled down, and started eating right I really saw results.
