I have been going to CrossFit Glendora for 2 years. The coaches are very knowledgeable and help with correct technique. The people are friendly and make you feel welcome. It is a family environment. I truly have enjoyed the last 2 years coming to CrossFit Glendora. You can be competitive if that is your desire, but you can also scale any of the workouts. Happy to have found this community in Glendora! read more

I started at this gym and left due to injuries.. They were in the middle of staff changes (coaching) and scaling the workouts was non-existent. I'm still rehabbing my rotator cuffs. read more

At first this placed seemed welcoming and amazing. I quickly noticed the cliques in the gym. I tried to make friends but some people were not very welcoming. The amount of gossip I heard before and after classes was also concerning and I started getting worried people would start gossiping about me too or judging the way I did movements or the way my body looks. As a newbie to Crossfit, I decided it was best I went elsewhere to start. The gym was dirty and the bathrooms falling apart. The coaches were on their phones and the programming was too challenging for a beginner. It wasn't worth the amount I was asked to pay monthly. read more

Fantastic trainers, a great community. I look forward to getting to as many workouts as I can each week. I get there, I know there will be people I like and I know the workout will be hard and productive - fun suffering! read more

This is such an incredible place! I have been coming for several months and I love it. The coaches are phenomenal and really care about your technique and form. This is important because while we all want to get in shape, getting hurt while trying to do that won't help. I also enjoy not having to come up with a routine or trying to think about what to do day to day. There is a planned workout in place for everyone and you just show up, knock it out and go home! Last but not least is the atmosphere. Everyone encourages one another and motivates each other during the workout. By the way, if you are starting from "zero" not ever trying CrossFit or haven't worked out in a long time, don't let that stop you. You can modify the workout and take baby steps towards progress. read more

I cannot say enough about how CFG has changed my life. Being an example of a strong mom, wife, teacher, and just a member of my community has become an integral part of who I am and I feel lucky to have found my thing. After 4 years, I am still learning new things everyday and excited about where this passion will take me. If you are at all considering trying something new, I highly recommend! Shoutout to all the coaches that have pushed me along the way! I am so lucky to have you to guide me in this journey. read more

Aight. The crossfit program is pretty nice, but it's the community that makes it awesome. A lot of inspirational people there, and all of the coaches do an admirable job, the best one there is this dude named Amador (rhymes with 'commodore'). The man's a beast, and does some kinda voo-doo magic that makes you push yourself beyond what you think you can do. He's also the only coach with a good taste in music. If Amador gets fired, we riot. Costs a bit much (not really), but show me a legit crossfit gym that doesn't. It's a good self-investment that you should be doing. If you're wondering if you should join this gym, just do it. Consider this your sign. Oh, and if you're knew take their elements course so you won't feel awkward when they do workouts (elements teaches you all of their movements so that you're not wasting precious gym time learning how to do lifts.) Cheers read more

Hands down the best programming in the area! The workouts are challenging, without beating you up. The coaches make an emphasis on teaching correct technique to all the customers. I started at another local box and left after a few months because the coaches didn't ever correct form or have any concern for safety. I'm so glad I ended up at Glendora! I have great friends and have improved as an athlete! read more

CrossFit Glendora - Two of the coaches (Matt and Kathleen) placing first at the Crossfit LaVerne competition - Interval Training Gyms Near Me - Glendora, California

First time here today. Natalie does a great yoga session and then we stayed for an hour of open gym. Staff very good and attentive. Saw Mark and Lexi doing their own workouts too! No heat in the gym like normal with most boxes. Very clean and fresh Good equipment. read more

Crossfit Glendora is an outstanding gym. The trainers are great in that they actually train. Workouts are purposefully written to help you develop and reach your fitness goals. It's a very positive and comfortable environment in which to workout. I love this gym, you will not find many gyms like this. Thank you CFG for helping me achieve my fitness goals. read more

I have made Glendora Crossfit a part of my life's routine! Really a great experience. Although my goal was just to work out and get better stamina for tennis, in just 10 months of consistent 2 to3 times a week training along with my normal walking and Saturday tennis, I went from a size 38 down to 33 pant size (34 if I like a looser fit). The people that go are my peeps from the community, and everyone is genuinely friendly. The workouts are intense but I never feel negatively pressured by the staff or intimidated to do more. I have tried boot camp- went with my wife and the trainer was sitting on top of her yelling for her to push harder....that would never happen at cross fit Glendora. Also was a member 24 hour fitness- would go but felt isolated and not motivated to push myself. There are plenty of hours to chose from. I would without reservation recommend joining and just doing it. Worth the investment. About me- I'm an ER doc, husband and father of 3. read more

Poorly managed, unfriendly. I tried out the gym and finished my workout last and everyone was already packing up and leaving. Won't be coming back. read more

One of the best affiliates in the SGV! Greats coaches, community, and facility! They have everything you need for a beginner athlete to a games athlete! Not mention their hours of operation are outstanding. Crossfit Glendora is the place to be! read more

Ben, Jeff, and Matt know their stuff! A great box, with friendly members and a great space to be the best you want to work for daily.

My husband joined 6 months ago and now looks absolutely amazing. Not only does he look good but has made a ton of new friends. I joined 3 weeks ago and love it. Not only is EVERYONE super nice and encouraging but the coaches are always helpful to to answer questions and make sure you are using good form. We love Crossfit Glendora! read more

Started CrossFit Glendora over a month ago and I'm enjoying it, everyone is so helpful and friendly. It's tough, but a great workout and everyone is so supportive, no matter what level you are at. I would highly recommend CrossFit to anyone looking for a great workout at any age. read more

You won't find a better box! I was nervous to start cross fit a few years ago because of the stigma some gyms had and the fact that the athletes were so fit- I didn't think I'd be able to do half of what they did. GCF was so warm and welcoming I couldn't help but to stick around. You won't find a better gym more focused on helping you perform at your best, reach your goals, and all while making sure you have proper form and technique so that injuries don't happen. The coaches are fantastic, focused on safety, and all train as well. I'm so happy here! read more

Starting at a new gym can be a bit scary and overwhelming, but not with Crossfit Glendora. From the moment I stepped into the gym, I was greeted by not only the coach working at that time, but from actual gym members. Everyone went out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. It was in that moment that I realized, this was the place for me. Not only do I look foward to going to the box everday to get my workout in, but I equally enjoy the people I am surrounded by and the constant encouragement to keep on pushing. Come check this place out, you won't be disappointed! read more

I love this place. I have been a member for about 4 years. I am 47 and have osteo arthritis in my back. I am a perfect example of how anyone can do crossfit. I have to modify most workouts because of my back but I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. We have amazing coaches and a great community. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. read more

Yesterday Aug. 29th, 2016 was my first time attending Crossfit Glendora and wow, I was very impress!! I felt so comfortable! Everyone made me feel so welcome! I attended the 5pm class. Thank you Josh Arrieta and Brittany Gonzales for inviting me for the past couple months! But yesterday I finally stop making excuses and went. After my 5pm class I went home to drink my protein mix. And came back at 7pm with my sister and her bff. But during their class I was working on the double under and did my first double under with the help of Coach Ian! Thank you! I will be coming back and hopefully one day to compete. Thank you Crossfit Glendora for letting me into your family! I will be there in 2 hours for the 5am class and 5pm class. I know it seems like I'm jumping in too fast but I just love the environment! Thank You! read more

I love this gym. I never thought I would've ever joined Crossfit, best decision I have ever made. Being a new mom, I was looking for something to help me get back in shape. This place has helped me achieve my fitness goals. I'm so happy with my result. They also have the best coaches!! read more

Couldn't ask for a better community of people who want to encourage each other to be the best they can be!

This is such an awesome place! My daughter has been coming here for over 1 year. Coach Katy is really great! Their Kids program is really good. Highly recommend this place. Staff is very friendly. read more

Staff are all great and the clientele is very wholesome! THE FACILITY IS THE BEST! I've visited a lot of CF gyms with equally great staff & members, but CFG just nailed it in terms of floor layout, equipment, setup, etc. It's very accommodating, clean-cut, and has a very sensible "flow" read more
