The coaches genuinely care about your progress and overall health, guiding you through movements you may initially find unfamiliar. The idea of doing crossfit might seem daunting at first but is truly a transformative experience. The gym is a massive warehouse with plenty of rigs, new equipment, and incredible space for your workouts. They even have a dedicated assault bike room for biking classes, similar to SoulCycle, but with assault bikes. There are plenty of barbells for everyone to use, wall balls, and equipment for stretching and warming up. The community: fantastic, with over 100 supportive members. Don't try to give somebody friendly advice because you've been lifting for 30yrs because they'll get mad at you for talking to other people that you didn't come with. I have lost over 16 lbs in 2 months and over 6 inches of my stomach. I have reached fitness goals I never thought I would. Professionalism: From jump, Chelsa was incredibly punctual and very thoughtful in the way she assessed my mom. Fitness is an incredibly sensitive topic, and Chelsa was very emphatic and supportive when it came to my mom opening up about her own goals/aspirations. Knowledge and Expertise: Upon my mom's first InBody assessment, I immediately knew that Chelsa was an expert in her craft.
