Most of the reviews here are surprisingly not geared toward their youth training program; This one is. I started bringing my son here on word from friends and from watching their kids perform on the field. I wanted to give my child a challenge and boy was he challenged. What I noticed first is the family atmosphere I felt immediately, I'm grateful for that. Next is the training they put your child thru, lots of strength training and core building. No weights as of yet but more resistance training with rubber bands and ropes. Within 2 weeks my son's confidence within himself already changed. You have to be supportive to your child athlete and encouraging, mention how good they look in the training. The trainers are great but, support from the parent is also important. read more

Phenomenal... coach Cip knows his stuff! I brought my daughters here to train for speed, jumping, strength and agility..... EVERYTHING has improved from coach Cips workouts... Strongly recommend !! I started Boot Camp with Kiana a couple of years ago and absolutely fell in love with her class. The energy and all the positive vibes in her class is just amazing! She is so motivating and always pushing you to be you absolute best. Not only do I get an amazing workout every morning but I've made sone incredible friendships as well. I just wish that the trainers will give more focus and time to their students than just standing there and tell the kids what to do next and just look at the timer. I think that trainers also need to emphasize the importance of proper posture or proper exercise form to make the workout more effective and to avoid injury. They do talk to each other more than interact with the kids. read more

The instructor was Kiana, and she has A LOT of energy. I don't know how she does it! The workout was intense (which it should be), and the music was thumping. I hung in there as much as I could, but had to bow out. She handed me my bottom and my bottom said "thank you" lol. I am happy with the level of workout that I received here, and I will surely return. It's great that I can work on my cardiovascular health after work! read more

I have gone to many different spin classes, but after having taken a class with Kiana tonight I can say this was hands down my most favorite one. Kiana is absolutely incredible and really pushes you. Her method includes the whole body and it is an insanely good workout. The music that she chooses definitely hypes you up and makes it easy to keep on grinding. Joining TNT a few months ago was a life changing decision!! A little over six years I was involved in a really bad car accident that caused major damage to my left arm. In the accident my arm was almost severed off with humerus bone completely shattered and two out of three nerves cut. Doctors considered removing the arm due to the amount of damage. Over the course of two years I had over twenty surgeries with two plates installed but doctors were not able to re attach the two nerves that were cut, leaving me with limited function of my arm and constant pain. I spent two additional years rehabbing the arm before both doctors and rehabilitation specialist said that this was the best my arm was going to get. Two more years passed with my frustration at a all time high due to the limitation of my arm and confidence at a all time low I was looking for some help. Then I meet "Cip" at TNT and that was a game changer. I figured I had nothing to lose so I signed up. "Cip" took the time to try to understand my injury and to formulate a game plan specifically for me. Week after week I started to notice progress. The pain in my arm started to reduce little by little and my shoulder and elbow began to open up giving me more range of function. My arm has never felt this good since my accident and my confidence began to grow again. I have gained more strength in my arm which is allowing me to do things a lot easier these days and my pain has been reduced to a level where I know longer need medication to be able to enjoy my life. I thank God for allowing me to find TNT because it has changed my life. Over the weekend, I was even able to return to the golf course for the first time since my accident completing 18 holes and beating 3 out of 5 friends. If you have a injury that frustrates you and limits you on what you can do please give TNT a chance. I am still there every week trying to improve my arm but I am amazed what I can do after just a few months considering what my doctors told me at University California Irvine. It has great training equipment, however high school students are unsupervised and use the equipment with improper technique. My son tore his Achilles at his game. After, He used the machines at this facility unsupervised. In addition, I bought him protein powder that caused his liver enzymes to be elevated!!! Could have ended in liver failure if I hadn't ask the doctor to check his liver enzymes. Please beware! I'm an RN and should have known better! read more
