We've had a fantastic experience at TNT Weight Training and Exercise! My 15-year-old son, who plays baseball, has been training here for a few months, and the results have been amazing. He's noticeably stronger and more confident, and we can see the improvement in his hitting at the plate. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really know how to connect with young athletes. It's a great environment that pushes him to work hard while keeping it fun. Highly recommend TNT for any athlete looking to get stronger and perform better! read more

The coaches genuinely care about player development both on and off the field, even going so far as to attend games and support their athletes beyond training. TNT creates an environment that inspires growth, discipline, confidence, and belief. Coach Cip's science-based program has helped our daughter develop her power and truly understand how to generate and apply it effectively in her softball games. What truly sets TNT apart is that it's not just an incredible place to train it's also an amazing place to learn. Our daughter hated school before attending TNT Academy. She is more motivated, confident, and excited about learning than we've ever seen. We are beyond grateful to be part of the TNT x AV SOFTBALL ACADEMY family. TNT has helped our daughter grow as both an athlete and a student and yes, helped her dominate on the field. read more

This review is WAY OVERDUE! The best life changing decision I've made! I have been coming to tnt since April 2019, and was blown away with my transformation in just a few weeks, not even a month! Trusting Kiana's guidance as my trainer has been rewarding to say the least. She is down to earth, humble and cares about her ladies & their journey. She's very honest on her own journey. I had a baby in August of 2020 and when I returned to tnt , kiana was patient and worked with me during my postpartum journey. Everything you're looking for, is all at TNT. I wouldn't go anywhere else! You won't find anyone better :D read more

Most of the reviews here are surprisingly not geared toward their youth training program; This one is. I started bringing my son here on word from friends and from watching their kids perform on the field. I wanted to give my child a challenge and boy was he challenged. What I noticed first is the family atmosphere I felt immediately, I'm grateful for that. Next is the training they put your child thru, lots of strength training and core building. No weights as of yet but more resistance training with rubber bands and ropes. Within 2 weeks my son's confidence within himself already changed. You have to be supportive to your child athlete and encouraging, mention how good they look in the training. The trainers are great but, support from the parent is also important. read more

I had chronic sore knees and ankles and I cant believed the few works outs and drills he gave me to do, has almost eliminated all my aches and pains(imced..... he's the best. My family and I are so grateful and he's a GREAT guy... smart and knows how to get the best out of people! read more

If you're reading this wondering "Should I join?" the answer is "YES times infinity" The coaches are such a Top Notch (pun-intended) representation of the facilities mission and man do they work us out!!! Top knowledge like no other and years of hardcore experience. Whatever your workout needs are, TNT will not just get you there but they'll take you to the next level with their formula! I started Boot Camp with Kiana a couple of years ago and absolutely fell in love with her class. The energy and all the positive vibes in her class is just amazing! She is so motivating and always pushing you to be you absolute best. Not only do I get an amazing workout every morning but I've made sone incredible friendships as well. I definitely recommend this class if what you're looking for is a sweaty, butt kicking workout then this class is for you! read more

The instructor was Kiana, and she has A LOT of energy. I don't know how she does it! The workout was intense (which it should be), and the music was thumping. I hung in there as much as I could, but had to bow out. She handed me my bottom and my bottom said "thank you" lol. I am happy with the level of workout that I received here, and I will surely return. It's great that I can work on my cardiovascular health after work! read more

Kiana is the BOMB.luv. her class.. Once you try a class, u will want to go back for more!! love the music & energy!!! read more

I just wish that the trainers will give more focus and time to their students than just standing there and tell the kids what to do next and just look at the timer. I think that trainers also need to emphasize the importance of proper posture or proper exercise form to make the workout more effective and to avoid injury. They do talk to each other more than interact with the kids. read more

The very first training session my son attended was eye-opening! I learned so much from Cip! Grateful for his knowledge!!

My kids have been going to TNT for about 4 years and they still LOVE to go!!! The work Cip does with these athletes is from a true place of caring. My kids have ALWAYS felt important and valued at TNT and they have flourished into strong, built, healthy athletes. TNT has been supporting our girls through their high school journey and will be there for their collegiate athletics, as well. Before TNT we tried MANY OTHER facilities. NOTHING COMPARES to TNT!!! read more

Best sports trainer in the game. Professionals in several sports train her. Kids train here. Mommy classes with Kiana. Best of all they repair you when you hurt yourself. No matter what your goal is talk to Cip and he makes dreams happen. My family and I train here and I can't recommend the place enough. read more

I have gone to many different spin classes, but after having taken a class with Kiana tonight I can say this was hands down my most favorite one. Kiana is absolutely incredible and really pushes you. Her method includes the whole body and it is an insanely good workout. The music that she chooses definitely hypes you up and makes it easy to keep on grinding. I am going back for more classes that is for sure! read more

Joining TNT a few months ago was a life changing decision!! A little over six years I was involved in a really bad car accident that caused major damage to my left arm. In the accident my arm was almost severed off with humerus bone completely shattered and two out of three nerves cut. Doctors considered removing the arm due to the amount of damage. Over the course of two years I had over twenty surgeries with two plates installed but doctors were not able to re attach the two nerves that were cut, leaving me with limited function of my arm and constant pain. I spent two additional years rehabbing the arm before both doctors and rehabilitation specialist said that this was the best my arm was going to get. Two more years passed with my frustration at a all time high due to the limitation of my arm and confidence at a all time low I was looking for some help. Then I meet "Cip" at TNT and that was a game changer. I figured I had nothing to lose so I signed up. "Cip" took the time to try to understand my injury and to formulate a game plan specifically for me. Week after week I started to notice progress. The pain in my arm started to reduce little by little and my shoulder and elbow began to open up giving me more range of function. My arm has never felt this good since my accident and my confidence began to grow again. I have gained more strength in my arm which is allowing me to do things a lot easier these days and my pain has been reduced to a level where I know longer need medication to be able to enjoy my life. I thank God for allowing me to find TNT because it has changed my life. Over the weekend, I was even able to return to the golf course for the first time since my accident completing 18 holes and beating 3 out of 5 friends. If you have a injury that frustrates you and limits you on what you can do please give TNT a chance. I am still there every week trying to improve my arm but I am amazed what I can do after just a few months considering what my doctors told me at University California Irvine. Thank you to "CIP" at TNT for taking the challenge on. read more

It has great training equipment, however high school students are unsupervised and use the equipment with improper technique. My son tore his Achilles at his game. After, He used the machines at this facility unsupervised. In addition, I bought him protein powder that caused his liver enzymes to be elevated!!! Could have ended in liver failure if I hadn't ask the doctor to check his liver enzymes. Please beware! I'm an RN and should have known better! read more
