The staff kept saying they do not handle cancellations so I trusted the owner's word. Since May I have continued to be charged every single month. In August alone four payments were taken out totaling 134 dollars and overall I have now been charged 260 dollars in unnecessary fees. This is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate call back and resolution. I have been patient and professional long enough but clearly this business does not keep its word, ignores cancellation requests, and makes it impossible to reach a real person. I hope they see this review because future customers deserve to know the truth before signing up.
