Ground beef kabobs platter.
Blair B.

Came in on a whim and wanting to try a new place. Kabob Zone did not disappoint! The restaurant was extremely clean and was surprisingly quiet. While they seemed busy with online orders, the service was extremely attentive. They have a good selection on the menu--we went with an order of butter chicken and the ground beef kabob. The portions were very generous and the food was amazing! When we ordered, he did not it would be about 15-20 minutes, but it was probably closer to ten. Everything tasted extremely fresh--and the menu notes that the naan is made fresh when you order. The difference in taste is worth any wait. Both meals came with chickpeas (very good, not spicy), seasoned rice, side salad (crisp!), white tzatziki style sauce, and a jalapeño green chutney (flavorful, not too hot for me)! Butter chicken was great, as expected, with juicy chicken. Beef kabob was plentiful. When you are ready to pay, you can clear your tray (trash at the front) and head to the register. Super casual, but also super tasty. Came with our toddler and they have plenty of seating and were friendly to her.

Lamb and beef gyro

After a morning picking sunflowers at the Burnside Farms, and a weekend celebrating our anniversary. My wife wanted a gyro so we swing by to the closest restaurant. It's right across the street of Hylton Performing Arts Center off George Mason Circle. It's been open only 6 months and they also have another location in Woodbridge. The restaurant is clean, some decor and our young server Jason is friendly and attentive. She order the lamb and beef gyro served with French fries. I order the mahi fish kabob. The mahi was very flaky and tender. All items were very delicious and full of flavor. We will definitely make a return visit.

Loved my food, and thought everything was very tasty. I do feel I get more chicken and chickpeas at their competitors but was worth it.

The best food I've eaten in a long time and I eat out often. Perfect naan, rice and gyro meat. Lovely!

WOW! If you're looking for the best Indian food around, this is it. The service, attention to…read moredetail, and overall experience were outstanding from start to finish. We started with the Aloo Tikki Chaat (so flavorful), then had the parsley garlic naan and butter chicken--everything was fresh, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend checking this place out. Enjoy!

It had garage parking nearby. My chickpeas were spicy as ordered, and came with two nicely puffed breads, and an array of pickled onions with a fried chili pepper. It was a proper rendition of the dish. Someone else ordered the same thing and asked for extra salt to dump on the chickpeas, which just baffled me. The flavor was ample. I also ordered a chai, and while they call it a cutting chai (which I understand to mean cut in half in size), it was a decent amount and a nuanced mix of spices. The owner was a little odd and was making calls to various tables and being kind of pushy such that it made one little girl uncomfortable to the point where her party complained about it, which was acknowledged by staff. I would advise them to put the customer's well-being first, but neither I nor the offended parties would seem to have any compunctions about coming back for the food.
