I cannot even begin to tell you how reassuring it was to see photos and videos of Moose playing and romping around in Golden Gate park and Alia's amazing backyard. Because of those regular updates we were able to really focus on our trip and let go of that worry. MOST importantly though.. we cannot say thank you to Alia enough. Moose is an 80+lb monster and we hadn't been the greatest at training him as much as we would have liked. He pulled, his recall was bad, and he lunged happily at new dogs a lot. NONE OF THAT EXISTS anymore. He stays when he's told, he doesn't pull, and he comes when called almost immediately. We were flabbergasted on our morning walk with him after coming home. Just wow. She only got along with our beloved dog Dash who recently passed. So she has not been around other dogs for a while. We were nervous of how the first meeting with Alex and other dogs were going to go-- but it went surprisingly very well. From the get go, Mochi was very comfortable with Alex and warmed up to him. He was able to gain her trust in the 15 minutes of our first introduction. He was very careful and attentive to her needs which is something we really appreciate.
