If you go here ask for Jenny! She just started there not too long ago i showed her a picture of what i wanted (but i wanted my nails shorter than what the picture showed) & she was able to accommodate so well! Super nice & will definitely be going back to her again soon

I made an appointment a few days in advanced for 330 on a Sunday and waited about 15 minutes to be seen. They're pretty busy here so I would not recommend walking in without an appointment on the weekends unless you're okay with waiting. My nail technician was Nancy. She did a great job with my nails and I'm definitely coming back here! She was also really nice and kept asking me if I had any complaints. All the other nail technicians were also very nice! My only complaint is that three of my nails are slightly uneven because she had to blend two powders but I can't really tell unless I feel for it by moving my finger over my nail or if I look at my nails from the sides. I'm not upset though because Nancy probably would have fixed it if I had mentioned it but I didn't notice till I left. I think the prices are pretty reasonable as well but I'm also willing to spurge a little on my nails. I've been looking for a new nail salon for a while and this is the only one I've found that has a bunch of different powder options and a lot of glitter options!

I've been coming to this place to get my nails done for a while now. When I first came I was seeing Wendy for my nails. She is always booked so she transferred me to Tina the nail technician next to her. Wendy is very good with details and hand drawn designs. Tina does a good job with my nails and is willing to change a design if I don't like it without making a big fuss. The rest of the ladies are just as talented. This place is always busy and they do their best to stick to appointment times but I have waited up to 25 minutes even after booking an appointment. The parking lot is shared so it's hard to find parking on busy days. The prices for most of the services increased by $10 in September 2018. They only take cash and have an ATM inside. My go to place for a full set!

Thank you Lisa for taking care of me, and meeting my needs.

After 4 years I came back.. I used to be a regular customer at k3 but as the nail salon got more known I felt the treatment to the customer was a bit rushed and try to get you out the door as soon as they can.. the work became sloppier but this year I decided to give them a try once again... Lisa was super kind and knowledgeable about her work, I asked her for recommendations and she gave me her input. She took her time making my nails right.. it's always scary for me... going to someone new, but thank you Lisa for easing me out of that zone & making my day feel like my day off

I love them!! Customer service was great!!! I came from a different salon that had badly done my nails, Even though that it was almost time for closing Nail tech NANCY help me out. She is awesome at her job she helped me remove the previous nails and started a new set!! Will definitely be going back to her.

My beautiful nude ombre nails by Tina!

I went in for this nail appointment a little skeptical and very desperate. My usual nail salon is in San Francisco, and having had my set for nearly a month, my nails were dying to be filled in (but my gas tank was not dying to make the hour long trip just for a set of nails). That was when I remembered that my friend had recommended a place in San Jose, so I grabbed on to that lead and made my way out to K3 Nails. I made my appointment for 4PM and I did arrive 10 minutes late but did not end up getting started until 4:40 because they were pretty busy. To be fair, it was a Sunday so I should have expected it and the quality of the services they provide speak for themselves! The lady who helped me was named Tina. She was very kind, warm, and welcoming (I think she sensed that I was growing impatient) and made sincere conversation when she felt necessary (didn't feel forced). She asked me what I wanted, said "ok", and worked her magic, no questions asked. She made sure I was okay with the shape, color, asked if I wanted glitter on them. Tina really went the extra mile and I appreciate that a ton! She even gave me her card with her name so that I know who to ask for the next time I come around. My nails came out so beautiful that I was truly stunned and even moreso when I saw the price tag was less than my usual! My full set fill was $30 + $10 for the nude ombré design I had done on every nail. This is a steal compared to my usual SF pricing - $40-45 just for the fill or set! At the end of the day, I can overlook the poor appointment system because of the bang for your buck that you get at this nail salon! K3, thank you for starting my 2018 off right! You have one a customer that will definitely be back.

I've gotten my nails done here multiple times and the nail techs never disappoint! I love that they can do 3D flowers bc not many salons around here can do that. It's literally art! I got my nails done here for multiple occasions because I always know I will be in good hands. And their prices are unbeatable!

    Horrible!!!

I'm so disheartened about the fact that I have to write this bad review, but I did not have a good experience at K3. My friend and I came here for the first time because we both had heard such great things about K3! Both of us came in for gel manicures and regular pedicures. First, K3 is EXPENSIVE. $25 for a regular pedicure and $30 for gel, whereas I'm used to $20 pedicures and $25 gel manicures at my usual nail place. My pedicure was fine, but my manicure was absolutely awful. All I requested was a regular white gel polish and it did not look good. At all :( The shape was off (round), she didn't even cover my entire nail with the polish, and the paint job was sloppy. I left feeling extremely upset because I had just paid so much for my nails and it wasn't worth the high price. The ladies here are so nice, but I can't justify the poor work done on my nails. Sadly I won't ever be coming back to K3 and I had to learn the hard way not to cheat on my nail lady.

I already left a review when this happened back in September 2019 but I'm sharing again because of how insane this situation was. I went into K3 about two years ago to get a fill. I had been getting my acrylics done there for over a year at the time and had always LOVED how my nails turned out almost every single visit. I was so excited to get my nails done for my birthday in a few days. I get there and because I wanted an ombré design, the technician told me she had to completely take off the old acrylics and put new tips on, which was fine. Except for the fact that she didn't soak them before she tried literally prying them off. She was NOT GENTLE whatsoever. I remember turning to my friend while the technician was trying to take off the nails because it was hurting so bad. Then I turn back around after a strange and horrible feeling, and half of my nail is literally HANGING OFF. I think I was in so much shock at first that I physically couldn't react, but after a few minutes it was hurting so bad that I almost passed out and had to go next door to Sharetea to get something to drink. The lady who ripped off my nail didn't even care either...she told me to just sit down and wait for her to finish doing my nails!!!!!! I literally couldn't believe she actually thought she'd still do them and have me pay for them. I got up and left. I'm so upset I never got her name and had her fired. To this day I've never walked back into this place and even though this experience got me a viral video on TikTok, I will never vouch for K3 ever again.

    Luis Enrique A.

DO NIT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE ! I am beyond appalled with the quality. And even more so the service! (I was called a liar, and the technician made my child cry after she screamed at her) To top it all off, These are the worst nails I've ever received ! UGLY AF $75 ?! And my nails look worse than when I walked though the door. If Owner does not respond, Will be reporting to bbb for my money back!

I didn't have a good idea of what length I wanted but Tina did it so beautifully

BOOK WITH TINA!!! Everyone has been giving K3 a lot of bad reviews because of their experience but I literally made a yelp just to leave Tina a good review so please read. It was my first time there around early December I called in the night before for an appointment in the morning with Tina. I came a few minutes late and she said she had been waiting for me and seated me immediately. She was super friendly! She conversed with me but didn't ask too many questions that would make it too personal and we took turns talking. The shape was gorgeous and she had made my nails look beautiful (an ombre design) She also gave me her suggestions on how she could design the roses that would make it look better than the photo I showed her. I took her advice and it turned out amazing! Here's the important part. I had a done some research before coming but I didn't know that the prices had raised and that ombre would be a base price of $45 with $5 per nail design. And because she had done both my ring fingers the total came out to $55. I had only brought $45 cash with me at the time and no card or other way to withdraw money. Tina was super sweet and told me it was okay and that she would just take $45. Literally the deal maker with my experience here. She was super sweet, careful, and made sure each nail was the perfect size and shape. I highly recommend making an appointment with her :)

I have been going to this nail salon for 3 years, just to see my girl Lily. She is hands down the best nail tech I have ever come across in San Jose. She spends so much time perfecting the nail shape, and nails it every time whether it's a true stiletto nail or a super skinny coffin. She takes my inspiration photos and gives me something even better than the picture I showed her! Not only that, but her sets always last at least 3 weeks to a month. She truly takes pride in her craft and it's evident in all her work. I get questions all the time about where I got my nails done and I will never stop recommending people come and see her! Thanks for being my nail fairy god mother Lily ‍

Lifted nail an hour after I got home
    Karen L.

Soooo got my nails done with Nina today. Needless to say nobody looked like they wanted to work there. It's a Wednesday evening and the place is packed. There is no menu to see price list and they do not take credit card so hit the bank before you go. I went in for a gel manicure and soak off. $10 soak off $20 gel manicure It's pretty cheap and it shows. Nina made two of my fingers bleed and didn't even apologize even though it bled for awhile. It's now been an hour since I came home and the gel has already started to lift. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. As far as sterilization goes, it SEEMS like they do all the right things, i.e liners and UV sterilization of tools? As for my manicure after she finished she rubbed some lotion on my hands for literally 45 seconds then asked me to wash my hands and told me my total. You get what you pay for!

The previous time where we came here together, we had an amazing nail spa day with sweet nail ladies, so I'm not sure what happened here this time around. My best friend was in town and wanted to get our nails done, so we came here last Friday morning. We booked a mani and a pedi. We checked in and didn't have to wait long for Mymy and Tina to start on our toes. Honestly, our whole pedicure experience well because our ladies were nice and just did their jobs. Here comes the bad part of our experience of when we were getting started on our manicures. We had originally booked two gel pedicure and one gel manicure and one gel builder. We asked if they can do gel builder for both manicure, which they said yes but one of us would have to wait 15 minutes which we said we were fine with. I had Tracy who started on my nails first and for the most part, she was quiet and just did her thing, which I preferred. Sadly, my best friend got Kandy who at first asked my best friend what she wanted for shape and length with the builder gel. My best friend told her she wanted to do a short almond shape. Kandy told her if she wants to do that then she would have to do a longer length, so my friend agreed and said a medium length is fine. I don't think Tracy or Kandy knew this, but we are Vietnamese and can understand everything that is being said!! Because Kandy later proceeded to complain in Vietnamese the ENTIRE manicure about how she doesn't know how she's going to my friend's nails because of what she picked, how she's going to be stuck doing it for a long time, how my friend "insisted" on doing this and how my friend's nails/fingers aren't straight and keep swerving. Tracy was fine for most of my manicure, but there was a couple times she would agree and say "yeah, this lady's fingers too". Halfway through, my best friend and I just stopped talking to each other because I was getting so annoyed of Kandy's complaining. I wished she would've just told us she couldn't do my friend's nail so we could've had another nail tech who would've been happy to do it. I didn't say anything because it was my first time seeing my best friend in months and she really wanted to get her nails done, so I bit my tongue but her complaints started giving me a headache. After Tracy was done with my manicure, she asked me if we were paying separately or together. I told her together, so she punched in the numbers and gave me a total of $295. I gave her $300 in cash and was going to ask for change, but I heard her saying in Vietnamese about how she had little to no change. By the time I looked up after I paid, she had left the table. **I turned over to my friend and told her I had a headache, so I was going to wait outside in the car. I gave her cash to tip everyone after she's done telling her I overheard Tracy saying she didn't really have any change, so my friend can ask her nail lady for change.** When my friend was done and came out 15 minutes later, she told me Tracy came up shocked and complained about how I walked out and didn't tip on a $295 service and how she couldn't believe it - repeating it over and over. I wished she would've waited until my friend was done with her nails, so she could've seen that we were going to tip... My friend said they were a little nicer when she pulled out the cash I gave her to tip, but the whole experience put a really bad taste in our mouths. I won't be back here again.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. I chose the signature Bellachio Pedicure for both of us, and it was pure bliss. The attention to detail started immediately with our soaking water, which was beautifully prepared with fresh rose petals and orange slices. The 15-minute candle oil massage, salt and oil scrub, warm towel wrap, and mineral-rich mud mask were exactly what we needed to unwind. We were both thoroughly relaxed and impressed by the entire process. To make the time fly even faster while my nails were drying, my husband also enjoyed a manicure. The staff truly went above and beyond when they found out we were celebrating nearly three decades of marriage. We were immediately offered our choice of mimosas or wine (red or white). We opted for the mimosas, and let's just say the refills flowed generously throughout our entire service! Our nail technicians, Mary and Lily, were absolute gems. They were so kind and attentive, but they also went the extra mile to ensure we captured the memory. They set up a beautiful display with candles, oils, and flowers to take some Instagram-worthy photos of us, making sure we had a lasting memento of our special day. We will most certainly be returning to Bellachio again and again, but most importantly, we've decided to make this our new annual anniversary tradition. If you want to feel truly pampered and celebrated, this is the place to go!

I discovered this nail salon around the corner from my home and was initially excited--it's…read moreaffordable, convenient, and they generally do a decent job. For a while, I had been seeing the same technician, an older woman who tends to be a bit rough. She consistently uses the highest heat settings on her tools, which is very uncomfortable. At first, I thought I was just being overly sensitive and didn't speak up, even though I was paying for a service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be my last. The same technician did my nails again, and the experience left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected. She burned my nails with the drill, and when I pulled my hand back out of reflex, she slapped it and yanked it closer. I wasn't even allowed to choose my nail color--she refused to give me the color book and insisted on choosing for me. When I voiced that I didn't like the shade she picked, she became argumentative and aggressive. After several minutes of back-and-forth, I gave up and felt pressured to accept a color I didn't want. Throughout the manicure, she continued to slam my hands around and handle me roughly. The pedicure was no better--she used the tools in a way that was genuinely painful, and didn't stop even when I asked her to. I left feeling humiliated, upset, and disappointed. $85 is a lot for me--I can only afford to treat myself once a month--and instead of feeling relaxed and pampered, I walked away stressed and stuck with a color I don't like. She also rushed and my nails were broken a day after and have cuts. I'm now searching for a new salon where I can feel comfortable, respected, and actually enjoy the experience.

I went today and asked for a plain simple manicure. I got an older lady who had dirty hands didn't…read moredo a very good job and she didn't wash her hands or sanitize them before she gave me my manicure and it was the worst manicure I've ever had. I would not go back. I mean the manicure was only $20 but she didn't hardly do anything. I ask her not to shape my nails round. I wanted them to remain square and she didn't listen to that. It was a very, very simple manicure yeah it was only $20 but I felt like I didn't get the full $20 worth anyway I won't be back.
