His professionalism, expertise, commitment, respect and kindness was impressive to say the least. It was a privilege to work with Seth, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in future Real Estate Transactions. Thanks Again Seth. Sincerely, Dr. W

He communicated well and often, and even stopped by several times to check on us and bring packing supplies and things for the kids. On the flip side, I have worked with three other realitors and they simply can't compete with Seth's expertise and customer service. Next time I buy or sell a house I know who I want on my side!

We've owned our Sego home for about a year, and nearly all of that year has gone to chasing…read morerepairs. Some of the problems were there on day one. Many repair appointments were no-shows, and we lost a lot of hours waiting. We saw trouble before closing. At our pre-closing walkthrough, fewer than half of the items we'd flagged had been fixed. We pushed closing back because of it, and some items still weren't done when we signed. After closing, the superintendent seemed surprised we'd closed at all, and the house clearly hadn't been cleaned before we moved in. Here's what we've dealt with since: water coming through the ceiling and walls and ruining furniture; leaky doors because the storm doors were never installed; most interior doors needing rework just to latch; a heater vent left open under the hardwood (since fixed); wall sections that were never painted; damaged cabinets and cracked shelves; a faulty thermostat; a bent window well that took several tries to fix; and landscaping that wasn't properly replaced after their crews worked on it. The concrete has been the worst part. They couldn't get the big stains out, so they painted over them. The painted surface now holds dirt and scratches easily. The concrete also cracked, and the cracks keep growing. Their repair attempt made it worse, and now the whole thing has to be replaced. If you're looking at Sego, go in with your eyes open and get everything in writing.

If anyone asks for a referral, I would not hesitate recommending the BHhurd team, and more specifically Justin. He was AWESOME. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, timely, consistent and any other great attribute you'd want someone to have while helping you with such a monumental moment in your life. I am probably one of the most difficult, entitled individuals that I've come across, and you know what? Justin held his professionalism every step of the way! I definitely commend him for dealing with me as well as he did, very impressive. He was able to get our lot premium waived, went to all our walk through, pointed out things we would have never seen and got corrected and facilitated every meeting. The lender and home builder was all liaison'd through Justin. Seriously, don't know what else to say besides not choosing Bhurd for your home needs would be a monumental mistake. Thanks Justin, you're awesome. Definitely an asset to the company and society!!!
