I saw Jared's good reviews and called him up because I wanted to look at a house. He was on the ball immediately and got me in to see the houses I was interested in. When I decided to make an offer, he went through all the paperwork with me and answered all of my questions. We had a bit of a challenging seller to work with, and he negotiated like a pro. He fought for what I wanted, but also kept me realistic about what I could expect. All along the way, Jared taught me about what steps needed to happen and helped me navigate the first time home buying experience. Because he is so active in the real estate community, he has connections with the best people--home inspectors, title companies, lenders, etc. I chose to work with some of his people and some others--his people were always the best. After I bought my house, I recommended him to good friends and he had them under contract in less than a week. Even after I've moved in, he's checked in a couple of times just to make sure I'm loving my house (which I am). All in all, Jared went over and above what I expected. If I could give a BIG FAT ZERO I would have! Jared Feilds is the most unprofessional Realtor we have ever talked to. We asked him about a property he's listing in Eagle Mtn. We mentioned that we wouldn't be using a Realtor (we have family that have their Realtors license) and asked about the 3% off with that. (Since the seller wouldn't be paying our realtor fee.) His response was very unprofessional and said "I get the double commision no matter what, because I've already discussed it with the seller..!!" We asked him to even present what we discussed to the seller and he straight up said NO! He wants double commision even if he's not doing any of the work on our side. He went on to assume this is our first time buying a house (it's not) and responded saying that we have no idea how this all works. He also responded saying that he's definitely earning that double commision by having to talk to people like us. I feel bad for the seller and that he is only presenting offers that "double" benefit him. Please steer clear of this Realtor, because he only has himself and getting a double commision in mind. read more

We were living in Gilbert, AZ and wanting to make a move to Utah to be closer to family. We were looking on a website and indicated an interest in a particular house. Our family was in an interesting situation. We were cancelling a house we were building and trying to buy while living across the country. Our experience with Jared was very unique. We received a postcard in the mail and had him come by to offer us his opinion on our home. I was very impressed with Jared's professionalism and market expertise. He had prepared a detailed comparative analysis of our home and I felt that his analysis was spot on. He recommended updating our home with new paint, new kitchen counter tops, and a back splash. We followed his advice and also updated window coverings through the whole house. Here is where the story gets interesting...we loved our update so much that we decided NOT to sell after all. April comes along and we are out on a date.
