I asked for his contact information and here I am, writing this review in my brand new house that JUSTIN helped me get into. If anyone asks for a referral, I would not hesitate recommending the BHhurd team, and more specifically Justin. He was AWESOME. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, timely, consistent and any other great attribute you'd want someone to have while helping you with such a monumental moment in your life. I am probably one of the most difficult, entitled individuals that I've come across, and you know what? Justin held his professionalism every step of the way! I definitely commend him for dealing with me as well as he did, very impressive. He was able to get our lot premium waived, went to all our walk through, pointed out things we would have never seen and got corrected and facilitated every meeting. The lender and home builder was all liaison'd through Justin. Seriously, don't know what else to say besides not choosing Bhurd for your home needs would be a monumental mistake. Thanks Justin, you're awesome. Definitely an asset to the company and society!!!

We've owned our Sego home for about a year, and nearly all of that year has gone to chasing…read morerepairs. Some of the problems were there on day one. Many repair appointments were no-shows, and we lost a lot of hours waiting. We saw trouble before closing. At our pre-closing walkthrough, fewer than half of the items we'd flagged had been fixed. We pushed closing back because of it, and some items still weren't done when we signed. After closing, the superintendent seemed surprised we'd closed at all, and the house clearly hadn't been cleaned before we moved in. Here's what we've dealt with since: water coming through the ceiling and walls and ruining furniture; leaky doors because the storm doors were never installed; most interior doors needing rework just to latch; a heater vent left open under the hardwood (since fixed); wall sections that were never painted; damaged cabinets and cracked shelves; a faulty thermostat; a bent window well that took several tries to fix; and landscaping that wasn't properly replaced after their crews worked on it. The concrete has been the worst part. They couldn't get the big stains out, so they painted over them. The painted surface now holds dirt and scratches easily. The concrete also cracked, and the cracks keep growing. Their repair attempt made it worse, and now the whole thing has to be replaced. If you're looking at Sego, go in with your eyes open and get everything in writing.

At the time of purchase and buying, I was not only working full time, but also completing clinical rounds to renew my license. Ms. Mitton sensed my stress and at times, sheer anxiety at attempting to do so much. She had a dignified grace about her that sensed the clients emotional level, and because of that, she was able to calm me at the most critical times. I will always be grateful to her for not only being a dedicated agent, but also having an innate sense for what her clients are experiencing emotionally. This is a strong and unique value to have, as Ms. Mitton provided a holistic approach to my experience and guided me through the process with classic professionalism and a genuine care for the client. They are always available if you have questions and you can call/email them any time. They are always so happy to help and always go above and beyond for their customers. When we bought our new home this past year, it was a nightmare with the seller. But this team made things so easy for us and they dealt with the seller and getting everything they needed. When the day came to close, the seller still hadn't provided all of the paperwork needed for us to close. We had already closed on our current home and had to move out; if we didn't close on the new house that day, we were going to be homeless. Our realtor and the whole team were working on our close ALL DAY. They started close to 7:00AM and were on the phone, in meetings, and in touch with us all day to make sure we were taken care of. They rescheduled meetings and appointments so they could spend their time making sure we got into our house that day and weren't without a home (we had a 5 month old baby at the time). By the end of the day, we were in our new home because of all the hard work from the Ben Lemon Team. Seriously, I couldn't be more grateful for this amazing group of people and all the hard work they put in for my family and me. I recommend them to anyone I know buying or selling and will continue to work with them in the future if I decide to sell or buy again.
