I am so happy I found Keith. This is a man who takes great pride in his work and is very particular about his work. He's a one man show and has years of experience to back up the fantastic work he does (and it REALLY shows). Keith was friendly, detail oriented and very knowledgeable. ***Huge plus is that he is mobile and will come to you to place the tint on your car!*** My Honda Civic was looking very boring and he beautifully placed the tint on my car. It looked amazing, so good I had to walk outside a couple times after it was done to check out how beautiful it looked. The rear window tint has noticeable bubbles around the dot matrix, a problem I was unaware could occur. Mason never warned me about this potential issue before or during the installation, and had I known, I would have opted not getting the tint done at all. I spotted the bubbles soon after the job completed and mentioned it to Mason, who assured me they'd disappear within a week. When I followed up a week later, he claimed it could take up to two months for the tint to "cure or dry," though I've since discovered the standard curing time is 7-30 days, not two months. Now, two months on, the bubbles remain in the rear. Not new bubbles, just the same ones as were after installation and Mason insists they're "natural". Additionally, upon closer inspection, the tint is starting to peel in some spots as well. Despite offering a one-year warranty, he's unwilling to honor it, insisting on charging full price for a redo since there's no significant peeling or bubbling as he considers nothing wrong with the installation - yet there's a lot of bubbling. This is unacceptable, especially since he only brought up these "natural" bubbles after I complained, and now he expects me to pay to correct a job that should have been done right the first time or not at all. The one-star review is specifically for the lack of upfront transparency and the complete lack of concern to attempt to remediate the situation. I expressed my frustration to Mason via Yelp, culminating in a message I wrote, "I'm extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. Leaving customers with unresolved issues like the bubbles on my rear window tint, without informing me upfront that such bubbles are natural and may persist, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. I'm glad I didn't have more cars tinted or refer others to you. This is not a professional way to operate." I had referred two people that got their cars tinted by him, wanting to support his new business, a decision I now regret, and I was considering tinting my parents cars, but this experience has changed my perspective entirely. To add insult to injury, when I voiced my concerns, Mason retorted, "don't speak on the reflection of my business when you were not exactly the best customer." Unbelievable--I guess any customer isn't a good customer after he's got paid! This is exactly how businesses fail by treating customers this way. The price was nearly $100 less than other quotes, but it's evident I received service commensurate with that cost, and I regret not selecting a more seasoned shop with a proper storefront. Save yourself the headache--opt for a well-established, reputable shop that offers transparency, backs its work, and treats customers with respect. Lesson learned: steer clear of new businesses that favor excuses over accountability.

They've handled front PPF, full vinyl wraps, ceramic coatings, and tint on multiple cars for me, always with outstanding attention to detail and very fair pricing for the quality of work delivered. I've gone elsewhere before and paid more, only to get inferior results. That's exactly why Monumental Workx has become my go-to. I recently purchased a 2026 Model Y Performance and initially planned for front-end PPF, a few high-impact areas, ceramic coating, and tint. I reached out to Theo through his website, did my usual due diligence with other shops, but already knew I'd likely end up back at Monumental Workx. They're not the cheapest--and they don't try to be. Quality isn't cheap, and if you want it done right, this is the place. I scheduled my appointment shortly after delivery, but ended up calling Theo the same day I took delivery to see if I could bring the car in immediately. He responded quickly and got me in right away. Once there, Arturo walked me through the options and made a great point: patchwork PPF wouldn't look as clean as a full-body PPF for only a bit more money. After thinking it over, I realized he was absolutely right--and I'm very glad I listened. Originally, I was going to go with gloss PPF, but overnight I changed my mind and decided (with my wife) to switch to stealth PPF. Thankfully, I caught them early enough, and they were super responsive in accommodating the change. I couldn't be happier with that decision--the car looks incredible, and it was worth every penny. One thing that really shows their level of care: during the PPF install, they discovered a hidden manufacturing defect in my spoiler. I would have never noticed it myself, and most shops probably wouldn't have said anything. But Arturo pointed it out immediately so I could get Tesla to replace it. Even better, once Tesla provided the replacement spoiler, Arturo personally installed it and made sure everything fit perfectly without compromising the PPF. Watching him work, it's clear he's extremely skilled and meticulous. Now everything is flawless. I could go on, but the photos don't even do the work justice. When I get my next vehicle, it's going straight to Theo and Arturo at Monumental Workx. Thanks again, guys!

Had the window tint installed in mid April and 8months later no issues to report. Heat reduction throughout the summer was well worth the cost of tinting and glare reduction was excellent. Cost was really competitive and the rear window was done in one piece top to bottom which is notoriously difficult on the model 3. No car connectivity issues with the ceramic tint from metallic interference and the warranty gives you a little piece of mind. Awesome product and awesome install. I would recommend to family and friends.
