Need for speed I must say. This is a a nice indoor go cart experience. If you ever in the New Orleans area, please check this out.

Staff member (Tiffany) assisting my autistic son get ready for race.

We have been here a couple of times and the staff has been truly accommodating. Tiffany takes her time to explain everything to my autistic son so that he can have a safe and great time. Thanks again

My daughter and I were bored and she found this place by searching google. I've been to K1 in other cities but she hadn't so I decided we should go! My friend and my mom came with us but neither of them wanted to race. The first red flag (no pun intended) was that they required me to purchase a membership for myself and my daughter - so 1 race for each of us totaled $71. This was WITH my military discount ... but I knew that this place was somewhat expensive before I came, so no worries! Before beginning the race, one of the workers went over some rules with my daughter since she was a first timer. There were three other individuals racing with us and they appeared to be together. They put my daughter in the very last car which I thought was not the most logical decision since it was her first time. During the race, I mistakenly bumped two other cars while I was clearly trying to pass them and they were clearly trying to prevent me from passing them. As I came around, the person who was waving flags seemed annoyed and was waving a no bumping sign at me. One of the individuals in another other car then bumps me from behind (seemed very intentional) but did not get the same sign waved at him. I was then bumped from behind twice by the other racers and no sign was waved at them. My family confirmed that they saw the same things I experienced happening and told me that signs were also waved at my daughter but none at the other racers. After the races, the other racers were greeted by someone who may have been management and asked about their experiences and then they all carried on ... we were barely even shown the exit to the track or how to get our helmets off... The cars themselves were fast but somewhat hard to handle steering-wise. My hands were hurting afterwards from having to grip the steering wheel so tight and I heard others complain of the same thing. Overall, this experience was not worth the money. Maybe down the road it will become better, if there is more hospitable staff that treats every rider the same... also the requirement to purchase a membership is a bit ridiculous.

But we were able to get ready for the track within 10 minutes. If you look at the map... it's a HUGE track. It's sectioned off, though -- not sure what the tiers and levels are and such, but it's pretty epic. The waiting room has a couple racing games and claw machines, and there are electronic monitors and QR codes for you to sign waivers. When called to the back to prepare to race, there's a 2 minute video, and the helmets are neatly organized on the shelves by size for you to pick from. Once we got outside, we showed our tickets and were told which cars to sit in. They're kind enough to adjust the seat and wheel for you if you aren't comfortable. They broke down what each colored flag means, and we were off! It was fun... and my closed helmet made for some fun acoustics, humming the Mario Kart themes as I cruised down the track. Everyone had a blast -- I braked on my turns because of how I normally drive, so that definitely had me ranking low, but I enjoyed otherwise! I would absolutely do it again, and I need to get back into go-karting more broadly. If you're in the area, definitely pay them a visit!

The two larger and very grown kids in the cart with my children were spinning the thing so fast that one of my kids started screaming and crying and the employee running the ride was completely oblivious just staring off into space and let the ride go on for way to long (including an employee swap out for a break). When he finally decided it would be a good time to stop the ride he seriously went to every cart as slow as possible and I could tell he was going to wait to let my children out last while my child was crying hysterically and terrified. so my husband had to jump over the little gate and unlock the cart himself to get my children out.I would never hire this company nor allow their employees to be in charge of my children's safety. if i see this logo on a employee at a festival ride i am steering clear.

Finish Line Performance Karting…read more I'll say this upfront I'm not the guy flooding Yelp with complaints. If I review it, it made the list. Good, bad, or somewhere in the middle... it stood out. And this place? It stood out for the right reasons. Yeah, I saw the one-star crowd nitpicking like they're judging a five-star steakhouse instead of a go-kart track. That ain't me. I'm here for the experience and this place delivers. Fast karts, helmets on, adrenaline up. They clock your speed, you feel the turns, and for a minute you're not thinking about bills, work, or anything else just racing. We were celebrating a bit (responsibly-ish), a little loose, a lot competitive... and I'm telling you, it turned into one of those memories you don't forget. Now, if I had to throw in one real critique give the military a serious discount. Not a weak 10%. I'm talking 25-50%. Those folks are sacrificing, living on tight budgets, away from home. Let them come blow off steam without breaking the bank. That part matters. Everything else? Solid. Staff, setup, the whole vibe it works. If you're counting pennies and looking for problems, skip it. You won't enjoy it anyway. But if you've got a little cash, the right mindset, and you're chasing a good time over a cheap time this is absolutely worth it. Bottom line: it's not about the money... it's about the memory. And this one earns its spot.

We had a rain check from a school event (I think it was $15/child for unlimited outdoor usage) and put it to great use. Putt putt fun and everything else! It was all open, so they had a great time and mom and dad had fun watching them have fun. ‍‍‍ Great customer service last night, especially the golf counter ladies who were having my 7 year old blush telling her how cute she is. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and patient. Grounds on putt putt were well kept up except for some muddy spots and one hole that was a puddle. Outdoor music is a great touch in my opinion. Ideas for fixing up: Maybe put a sign up warning of the messed up holes to avoid that particular course. Also, the go carts. Both the small track and big track...the carts are definitely not the same. One kid laps all the other kids while one poor kid lags behind everyone even gassing it the entire time. Not sure if this can be fixed, but since they're not, we try to watch and hope to pick the fastest cart out there. Check online for special nights and pricing as it's definitely cheaper to go to the movies. But hey, it's a way to have fun together and be outside. We decided to come here today, Sunday for the kids after it just briefly rained. A couple of my co workers and their children joined. As soon as we walked in here we were hit with a bit of heat because the ac seemed to not be operating. In addition a couple of the employees were walking with make shift fans. We decided on one of the packages they offered for around 30$ dollars. Of our choosing this included mini golf,go karts, and a $10 game card. We weren't told how the mini golf here worked and had to walk around and figure it out. Again it had just rained so not holding it against them but we choose not to play in particular areas due to the puddles of rain. Digging golf balls from the holes filled with water isn't fun or the cleanliest. The fountain outside wasn't working and didn't appear to be working for some time. It got a bit hot so we went inside to deal with hot ac.. Our kids rode on one game for "8.0" credits and immediately it said "insufficient funds." We went back up to the counter and she had to adjust both of our cards. After our cards had been adjusted they participated in maybe 5-6 games and the cards were empty. Most of the games weren't working so the kids could play together. I asked if all of the games were 8.0 credits she stated it was mixed throughout the arcade. Most of those games are 8.0 credits and the cards went fast. Yet, they want you to continue to put money on these cards for games that are working. The pizza is decent here no complaints. Our other party had arrived and was turned away due to open toed shoes policy. However we weren't told anything for our kids that were wearing opened toed. She went home anyways to change shoes. She also had the same issue with the cards not being loaded properly. It was time to ride the go karts. We make our way over and we see that only 1 family Kart was working and about 3-4 singles riders. We of course had to ride with 3 of our kids and we had to go one at a time due to this which took away the fun and enjoyment out of it. They also seemed to be hosting a birthday and weren't able to accommodate those riders either. The go karts starting stopping in the middle of the rides. We had only rode 1 time due to the large party and were turned away the second time because the karts were down now. Make our way over to the kids karts for 1 kids kart to be working!!! Oh and we had to pay for the kids go kart package for them to only have 1! Kart working. The train wasn't working apparently and the batting cages weren't either. The prizes are trash and you don't get many tickets from the arcade. The money we spent here today would've been a fortune at Chuck E. Cheese, were we will be going moving forward. I don't understand why this place is open this experience wasn't enjoyable for the kids and they all agreed to never come back and they are under the ages of 8. I would like to be contacted for a refund not only for myself but for the other 2 moms in company.
