Great communication, show up when they say they will show up, thorough, and follow through with a customized cleaning plan like you won't get with anyone else. After seeing the extent of the pet damage, he recommended replacing all the carpet, not cleaning it, because the damage was too extensive to be able to remove long-term pet odors from the existing carpet (and he explained why). Then, after bidding himself out of making any money on the job, he STILL spend a significant amount of time on the phone with me talking about what he saw, why it's an issue (how pet odors work and what you need to do to TRULY get rid of them, which I had no idea!), the importance of fixing it before selling it, etc. He was SOOOO honest, knowledgeable, and helpful, saving me from a lot of potential trouble later. Called the St Cloud office, the lady listened but was unable to explain or assist me with the billing concern. Stated she would have the worker Taylor call me. Taylor called said if I didn't pay he would call the sheriff and have me arrested. Said he didn't know there were people like me in the world, I was such a thief. He yelled and talked over me.
