We also use our own vacuum, a Dyson animal vacuum for personal preference. I went back and forth with the company for 1-2 hours asking them politely to use our product before being told that they can only use their own with essential oils and then being told that Clorox is damaging to the environment and to their workers which we did not suggest. If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.

We called her in so she could start to clean something. She got back on her phone to call her "boss" to confirm that she was, indeed, supposed to clean in a certain room. Then, finally, she went into the bathroom to start, you know, to clean. We decided to ask her to leave, but she said that she had to call someone for a ride. After she finally cleared our sidewalk, and after we watched the van drive away, we looked inside the bathroom. The only thing that she apparently could quickly fit into her empty backpack was an 82count Clorox Wipes full container that was on the counter in the bathroom. Poof! That was gone. And then the owner demanded that we pay a $75 "cancellation" fee. (We did not.)
