We also use our own vacuum, a Dyson animal vacuum for personal preference. I went back and forth with the company for 1-2 hours asking them politely to use our product before being told that they can only use their own with essential oils and then being told that Clorox is damaging to the environment and to their workers which we did not suggest. If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.

She admitted she couldn't clean and move the appliances as she was concerned about scratching the floor, which I understand. I therefore requested a refund of at least the $70, she counter offered $40, have yet to see a refund. This cleaning service is not honest about tasks to be completed as quoted. Would not recommend.
