Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaning…read more Don't hire them!! They cleaned three 12-14'x14' rooms and cost us more than new carpet. Bill ended up three times the original order. When I questioned it and said I didn't want to pay for things I didn't know I was being charged for, the worker Taylor called me a liar. Said I knew about the extra charges. Called the St Cloud office, the lady listened but was unable to explain or assist me with the billing concern. Stated she would have the worker Taylor call me. Taylor called said if I didn't pay he would call the sheriff and have me arrested. Said he didn't know there were people like me in the world, I was such a thief. He yelled and talked over me. Wouldn't let me explain my concern. Repeated derogatory comments about my character and kept threatening me with legal action. I felt very threatened. So be warned....Stay away from Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaner.

I had an appointment to have my cat out of the house at the same time. Very disappointing, probably will look elsewhere to get my carpets cleaned, NEXT YEAR!
