They keep telling me one thing and doing another. No one is on the same page. Zero customer service. I am at the breaking point with them. I spent $7000 for a less than average job. Half the pavers had to be redone, then the coping started cracking and each time it takes months. Save your money, hire someone else.

We had a Palm tree that ended up being too close to the new driveway and were talking about calling in a tree removal company but as they were preparing the driveway I realized that that the man driving the skid steer was pushing the tree down and they removed it for free. That was above and beyond and we are so appreciative. It's been a pleasure working with this family owned business. We would highly recommend!

Very disappointed with this company. Requested an estimate on a driveway and the mother and…read moredaughter did the estimates but could not give any information at all. Not even a range of price per foot especially since they use "commercial grade" concrete which is overkill for a simple driveway. Only the dad could quote anything. They were offended we asked for a price range and then decided not to quote us at all. They did not have the guts to say they would not quote to our face but instead did not respond in a few days even after numerous phone calls requesting the estimate. I don't understand what they are hiding and would never recommend this company for anything.

From beginning to end, the level of response, care and attention to questions/concerns as a customer was above board and expectation. The quality of the work, attention to detail and design for the project left nothing to be desired. The friendliness of the company personnel, from the basic paver installer to Joel the company owner was comforting during the life of the project. At the end of the project, we were very impressed with the level of self-quality control where several company workers and finally the owner himself walked the project and requested certain pavers be reinstalled due to small chips etc. that were observed. Timeliness, the project was completed on time and with incredible speed. In the end, we are extremely pleased with the end result. Our home was made much more attractive and the value to cost of the property was worth every penny. Many of our neighbors have commented on how beautiful the driveway and front now look. To end, we were so pleased with Florida Paver Savers that we immediately entered into contract with them for a project at the rear of the property for a retaining wall and deck. Another beautiful experience. Ten stars to Florida Paver Savers.

Joel not only offered a very competitive price, but saw the vision of what I wanted and was very comfortable accomplishing it. The workers are artists in my opinion but Joel was there frequently to check on the project. There was also a friendly and knowledgeable foreman to watch everything and answer any questions I had. ALL THAT on top of SHOWING UP on the day we had ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED and working hard to complete the job fast. Joel is generous and organized and professional ... dedicated to service and quality.

Tuesday came and went--no estimate, no communication. I followed up via email yesterday and only then did I receive a response with an excuse: apparently, their workmen "did not feel comfortable" working on our third-story roof. They're roofers--how is a multi-story home a surprise? Why bother coming out if they weren't prepared or qualified to do the job in the first place? This felt like a waste of our time and an unprofessional way to handle customer service. If you're looking for reliability and follow-through, I suggest looking elsewhere.
