(because they then told me they do not come this far on Starkey blvd? we live by the park) but their website clearly states NPR, Trinity? As they were here, I had shared the two broken sprinkler to be repaired; had also told them and texted them, (for I had to get back inside for work meeting) that there were three other heads that were buried along my front sidewalk? They never found them?! I had met them thru my garage, paid, and after they had left, I had noticed NO sprinkler heads were uncovered where I had shared they were located!? Their text response after I had shared this with them, and the pictures of my very dead lawn in the area where the sprinkler heads were located was total BS! I would NOT recommend this company! EVER! I am going to BBB next!

Called them out for my mom who had been having outrageously high water bills. Pasco County water couldn't provide any help other than to say replace the irrigation timer, so we called JDI and they did just that. They not only were on time and very efficient in switching out the old timer with a new one, but also checked all of the zones, sprinkler heads and provided us with a report stating everything they checked and that they found everything working in good and proper working order. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Amy and Jody for your excellent service!

He rerouted the piping from my pump to my water tank, relocated the pressure gauge to a better position and installed a fitting so that we can prime the water pump if needed. Thank you Mike for your speedy service, your patience, your help with explaining my water system and how to best maintain it in the future.

Luckily, the two heads were not broken, Jason screwed them back in and proceeded to test all the zones to make sure we were set. He charged me nothing and went to his next appointment. Of all the irrigation companies I've had come out to our property in the last 12 years, he is by far the best and most reasonable in the area!

Additionally, I was charged $750 for a controller box for a seven-zone system which I found online & it's way cheaper and $50 for a sprinkler, despite mentioning that we had brand new sprinklers I could use, he said they had to use the company ones. Furthermore, zones 5, 6, and 7 were not fixed because the technician was unable to locate the second controller box and the remaining sprinklers. The technician repeatedly mentioned that it was too hot and that we would need to schedule another appointment to fix zones 5, 6, and 7, which would require digging. As a result, I am now fixing zones 5, 6, and 7 myself, after being charged $1730 for a job that took less than two hours. Would not recommend, overall he was nice and professional. Did what he did FAST and left. I would've preferred someone more thorough as we told him it was a gift to my Inlaws having the sprinklers done. I would've preferred someone who did not mind getting the job done especially when you are billing me almost $2000. Next time, I'll ask for a break down of everything beforehand so I can have an idea of what I will be paying.

I first worked with Katrina to find materials for my backyard renovation that would align with my vision. She went above and beyond to try find what I was looking for, or similar materials that would work for me. She was always there to answer questions and responded quickly to my concerns. Our job proposal presented a fair price and scheduling only took a few weeks (if youre scheduled right away with a company, you should be concerned!), and I was happy to wait my turn. We already worked with Christopher on a smaller job and it was apparent that he was a very honorable, fair, hard worker and took pride in what he did. I knew I wanted his company for my bigger job! The SureShot guys showed up on time every day, worked very hard to get the job done, didnt get frustrated when I made a few changes, and were happy and positive through the entire job! They played great music too! (haha) It was hot, humid and sweaty but these guys seemed to enjoy every minute of their job and worked together like a well oiled machine. They took immense pride in their work and made sure it was 100% quality! I am so glad that I found them. I am so impressed and pleased with my backyard! I will be using them again for 2 other projects. About the backyard: Our recently purchased home had a very unattractive and mismatched hardscape and an oddly shaped yard. The Sure Shot guys helped us to transform it into a BEAUTIFUL, private oasis! We are so happy and everyone is so impressed at the transformation! We can now enjoy our outdoor space! From beginning to end, the level of response, care and attention to questions/concerns as a customer was above board and expectation. The quality of the work, attention to detail and design for the project left nothing to be desired. The friendliness of the company personnel, from the basic paver installer to Joel the company owner was comforting during the life of the project. At the end of the project, we were very impressed with the level of self-quality control where several company workers and finally the owner himself walked the project and requested certain pavers be reinstalled due to small chips etc. that were observed. Timeliness, the project was completed on time and with incredible speed. In the end, we are extremely pleased with the end result. Our home was made much more attractive and the value to cost of the property was worth every penny. Many of our neighbors have commented on how beautiful the driveway and front now look. To end, we were so pleased with Florida Paver Savers that we immediately entered into contract with them for a project at the rear of the property for a retaining wall and deck.
