SOS came out and was able to figure out the problem and replace a couple of solenoids. Steve set her sprinkler timer to the required day/time per the water restrictions. Her sprinklers went on the correct day/time but they did not stop. They kept running until she unplugged it. She called Steve, left a message explaining how the system would not turn off and if he can come back out or call her back and tell her what to do. No response from Steve. She called a week later, left a message. No response from Steve. Her new watering time is now midnight to 5am. She will have to stay up till midnight to plug in her sprinkler system and set her alarm to get up at 5am to unplug it. I am very disappointed in this company. Taking advantage of my mom. She paid over $600 and I asked her if Steve gave her an invoice or receipt for the work done and she said he didn't give her anything. Stay away from this business, especially if you are elderly.

All I saw was a flood of water surrounding the perimeter of my house including my lawn, driveway, sideways, etc. We talked over the phone, and they walked us through closing the main irrigation switch. It wasn't easy especially with all the water. They came first thing in the morning to assess the problem.
