I have used All-Phaze on 3 separate occasions to repair our HOA's 13-zone system. Anthony is the lead tech and knows his business. Replacement of sprinkler heads and broken lines was straight forward. However, his troubleshooting of a short circuit was exceptional. Warning!!! This company was fine as long as they did not run into any problems or concerns. All Phase Irrigation delivered sod that looked beautiful, but in a few days my yard looked like a checkerboard with green and brown sod. Found out that about half this sod had fungus in it. Bryan replaced some of the brown sod but many pieces of sod turned brown again and this is where the problems begin. I called Bryan the owner two or three times and left a couple of messages at his office to call me. He never called me and blew me off. If you want unprofessional conduct, Bryan is your man. His men, Anthony and Kyle, were great but this problem comes from the top with the owner. I specifically asked the owner if this was the best sod to be purchased and he said the bitter blue sod was muck raised in south Florida and was great sod. After I gave Bryan my $6,500 for the job, I really regretted doing business with him because he did not stand behind his product and would not communicate with me. I had to pay a pest control company every 30 days to treat and try to save this sod. After about three months, the sod started to recover. I wrote a negative review on Bryan's website and he immediately wanted me to take it down and said it had no merit. I told him I stand by my review as accurate and that he caused a lot of anguish for our family because of the fungus in the sod and how it looked. He came to my house after four months of not caring and took pictures of my lawn and said how nice it looked. The sod looks good now because of what I did to save it and paid a lot of money to save it not because of what Bryan did to help. I resent any person in business who plays games like this and tries to turn a bad situation in their favor. Bryan has made his own bed and has shown his true colors and now he can lay in it. read more

I can't say enough how great this company is! They have been servicing my property since I purchased 2 years ago. Back then most of the sprinkler system did not work. At least 20 different issues that they diagnosed and repaired in just an hour. In addition to helping me learn how to work the controls system! So disappointing! I had used All Phaze before and was so happy with the work Anthony, Kyle and Chad did for me, I reached out to Bryan (the owner) for another project. I was looking to install a Rid-x tank system to prevent rust stains from my deep well. I connected with Bryan twice with an assurance he would call me back. But he never did. When I called to see if I had made a mistake, they said "sorry we got stuck on another job." This company has missed 3 appointments for an estimate. They will not return any calls or emails. It sad, they came highly recommended to me by previous customers. They must be doing so well they are turning down business. There is a better way to do it than just ignoring customers and missing appointments that we took time off work. Scheduled an appointment with All Phaze Irrigation because my yard was a mess and my sprinkler system was grossly neglected. I worked with Bryan the owner. He provided excellent service, listened to my concerns and promptly began working to get my system optimally functioning. Bryan was professional and pleasant and an expert in his trade, and he did not talk down to me or make me feel uncomfortable. This is really important when you are a middle aged female trying to take care of things on your own. I had also priced around irrigation services with other companies in the area and the pricing model for All Phaze was the easiest to understand and very competitive. Keep in mind that with the summer heat kicking in and a lack of rain, these guys are stacked up with people needing help and services. While Bryan was here, he was definitely jumping with calls coming in non-stop and I am certain there were many jobs bigger than mine, but he never let me feel unimportant or neglected. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone of my friends or neighbors living in the area. If I should ever need irrigation or related services in the future, this will be the first company that I will call. read more

I called Brian early in the week to fix our irrigation and Sprinkler problems. He scheduled a time to come to the house about 3 days later. He showed up in the time window he provided and fixed all of the sprinkler problems and broken pipes. Fabulous customer service! Left a msg and Brian the owner called back in about 20 min. They day they came I had to leave for an emergency and forgot about the appt. called Brian who was cool and calm and said don't worry they went to lunch. 35 min later I arrived and the sprinkler guys had the system running and had fixed everything! Once they were able to get to the controls in the garage they retested all zones; made some adjustments and voila! My yard was back in business! All Phaze is our new sprinkler go to man! I used this company to fix my system which needed a lot of work. The arrogant employee from Boston installed new timer and then told me that it was supposed to run on Wednesday and Sunday, instead of Saturday like I had it. Well wouldn't you know that 3 months later I received a $193.00 citation from Pinellas county utilities! DON'T EVER USE!!! Go back to Boston you arrogant s.o.b.!!! read more

What a great experience! Called him out because I had a zone that wouldn't turn off. He came right on time, knew exactly how to fix it and did it quickly. He also changed a sprinkler head, tested all the zones and cleared away the grass covering them. He fixed a wire in the timer and also set the timer. He was very professional and expertly dealt with the issues I had. His price was great also. I will call him (Bryan) again in the future for sure! read more
