I went in with a picture of a mani I liked and asked for them to do the same with the colors I chose. I love the way it came out! It was also my first time going to this nail salon. There was a bit of a wait (1 hour) due to staffing, but it was worth it! The staff was very nice. John, who did my nails, was awesome, and their prices are great!

I'll never go here again and highly suggest that whoever's reading this takes their business and hard learned money elsewhere. I don't get my nails done often but when I do I always go here and I usually have an experience that I can forget about the next day; nothing life changing but also nothing dramatic or upsetting. Today changed that. The woman who did my nails was very rude, judgmental, awful at customer service, and seemed uninterested in making the experience remotely comfortable for me. She just seemed irritated for no reason right off the bat. She spoke to me so disrespectfully and accused me of messing up my nails. Mind you this was while she was in a stage where the flaw was easily correctable and she said "you messed your nail up" with a attitude as if I'd purposely ruined my nails during the transition from the pedicure chair to the manicure bench. I don't care WHO messed up the nail, at the end of the day it's her job to fix it as I am a paying customer regardless. I responded with a shrug "I don't know." And she snaps at me "No I'm telling you that YOU messed it up". Just incredibly rude and nasty and unprovoked. I am a very calm and unconfrontational person. I never expressed an ounce of discontent at the flaw because I KNEW it could be fixed. She should not have been so upset over such a small thing. I was genuinely baffled at her attitude towards me. Later on she proceeds to look at me and go "You don't get your nails done very often do you?...I can tell". Disrespectful. I got a blue cats eye and she never even asked me what shade of blue I wanted, just went in with whatever shade of blue she picked out before I could even stop her. And the nails came out very crooked. See attached...ridiculous. Overall my experience with most the workers here in the past was neutral to positive. She was clearly the problem. If you go here, don't let the black woman near your nails unless you're okay being talked to crazy or you're getting a style too basic for her to mess up. (Also this is not about race, I'm simply describing the one feature of hers that distinguishes her from the other staff members. I am also a black woman. I wanted to like/ support her so bad at first as it was my first time seeing a black woman working in an Asian owned nail salon. So once again, this review is not targeted)

I was amazed at the beautiful upgrades and remodeling done to this nail spa. It gives a chic, modern bright clean atmosphere.. I was greeted warmly when I walked through the door and I was assisted promptly and set up for my pedicure and full set. Everything was clean and sterilize. I love my nails. I felt relaxed. It wasn't super loud. It didn't have any odors and it didn't have extremely loud music playing . Thank you for the remodel. I definitely will be back..

I didn't but I knew the Kroger shopping center has been here for at least 30+ years and almost every Kroger shopping center has a nail shop somewhere within the development. We entered about 2pm on a Friday afternoon and it was pleasantly not full of people and there was no wait. She got her nails done and I decided to get a pedicure since I haven't had one in a while. The lady that did my pedicure was so friendly and funny. This location is a good 40+ minutes from my home if the traffic is on my side and I'd happily come back for another pedicure when needed. Great service, clean and pricing was just what I expected for a basic pedicure.

One caution, don't lose your loyalty card or leave it home, in another pocketbook etc because she won't combine or add credit. Nia is not the friendliest person, basically has the personality of a pin. Maybe it's just me and perhaps someone else will connect better but... This is the second time I left w my nails looking good while feeling a bit sour. Being in business myself, I always treat my customers like I want to see them again. I use loyalty cards and would never think to tell my customer I couldn't combine their cards. Why? Because that defeats the purpose which is to incentivize them to return.‍Maybe you'll have a better experience. And perhaps she will reconsider that policy.

I came in today and got a pedicure. It's the second time I've been here. I arrived about 15 minutes…read moreafter they opened, and it's Saturday morning. I waited about 5 minutes which was pretty much the time it took for me to pick out a color. They have a huge selection of gel and everything else. I have never had my nails done here, but there were several people getting manicures. I chose the second most expensive pedicure option which is their collagen pedicure for $60. It comes with all of the usual pedicure steps plus a salt scrub and hot stones. The products have collagen in them and you get a "gift" to take home. The gift is collagen products from the set of stuff used to do the pedicure (see pics). The most expensive option is $75, it uses the same collagen products, but it comes with a paraffin wax treatment in addition to the stones, scrub and other steps. I'm really surprised that I'm the first Yelp review. It seems like they've been open for at least a year, and there were probably 12 other customers here while I was getting my pedicure. This place looks like it can accommodate about 30 people if there were just as many technicians as customers. I did not take foot pic, but my feet feel and look great. I'll be back!
