I personally went to there store a few days ago now I saw a ton of groups but not a lot of variety if you like bts then is the store for you a ton of merch from them but I went in for another group and it seems that they weren't there over all I didn't leave the store empty handed but I wish they carry more groups (the group was Xdinary hero's) there staff was awsome read more

i came seeking smiskis and they had plenty! $15 each. i liked the selection of korean goodies here. face masks, skincare, air fresheners, trinkets, and more. they have self service korean photobooths!!!! maybe like 3-4 booths? including a life4cuts! definitely coming back for their photobooths towards the back of their store. service was solid, just a cashier at the front who pulled the smiski blind boxes i was looking for behind the counter. read more

Located in Ontario Mills this shop sells all things K-Pop. There's lots of Korean boy band and girl band merchandise and they are an official TinyTan reseller...I have no idea what that is exactly or why anyone would want any. I normally would have no interest in anything in this store but found myself here browsing all the cutesy stuff. I was making my way out of the store when I noticed some pens. Totoro pens. As a big fan of Ghibli animated films I have a soft spot for the character of Totoro. i went here to check out from a friend recc. When you first walk in the store looks particularly big. Their selection for artists is pretty vast the ones I saw were NCT, Twice, BTS, Itzy, Stay C, P!harmony, Blackpink, Zerobaseone, Babymonster, New Jeans, NMIXX, Rize, IVE, Seventeen, Shinee, They also have lesser known groups such as Oneus, Dreamcatcher, The Boyz, Triple S, Cravity, Oh my Girl, Young Posse, which I thought was cool. my friend said they purchased a Say my Name album a while back at discounted price but didnt see any in the recent visit so if you see an album you like buy it since you dont know if it'll be there the next time you visit. They have a very large selection of BTS, mostly Tiny Tan and BT21 products, most memorable merch I saw was their PJs but they also had plushies and other stationary. I was looking for some SKZOO plushies in particular but I only found Zeroni and Mininis. They also had alot of BP merch bc the event they were running was Blackpink the game merch in particular. I saw POBS in front but they were sold individually but looked like a pretty big variety. I snagged some gg merch that was 30 percent off that was sold out in other stores ive been to and a cute bag! so if you look closely enough you can prob spot some good deals~ The only con about this place to me was they have more older merch then new ones. The season greetings I saw was last year's, a big chunk of albums I saw were older cbs, the newest cbs I saw was only a few. The selection is also very random compared to other regular kpop stores ive been to, where the selection is pretty consistent to what the trend is. Another big thing is I didnt see any Stray Kids, ATEEZ or Le Sserafim albums or merch at all. so If youre shopping for the newest cbs I would suggest to look elsewhere, but if you want to find that random kpop album or merch for discounted prices I def would suggest you check it out! read more

This store took over Miniso in Ontario Mills, so it is a HUGE K-pop store. High ceilings, great lighting, and SO MANY posters for decor! They sell K-pop albums here, but the variety is fairly limited. They mainly only have the more popular and mainstream K-pop artists here. So expect mainly BTS, Seventeen, Stray Kids, TXT, SHINEE, TWICE, ITZY, and whatever is trending at the moment. They don't really have too many older albums, solo artists, or K-pop groups, which is okay! You can also check out their Instagram since they often post what they have in stock. Besides K-pop albums, they also have lots of apparel (especially bucket hats), Korean snacks, stationary, skin care, a couple light sticks, and posters! Looking for Korean spicy instant noodles? They've got them here. A great thing about this store is that they also host K-pop events. For Stray Kids' 3 year anniversary, they had a cute event where they did a raffle and they gave out free goodie bags to the first 100 customers! Can't wait to see what other K-pop events they will host here. I hope that this will influence the K-pop community to grow more in the Inland Empire! read more

I would first have to say I don't find anything negative about the store, it was the environment that one employee was impacting. I went in with my 9 year old daughter to buy her a cd when there was an employee who was all over a man, seemed to be a boyfriend, and were VERY overly affectionate and was unacceptable in a public place. The other employee was behind the counter working by herself and looked uncomfortable. Other than this, the store was very well stocked with lots of selection to choose from. read more

Have come in a few times and each time was underwhelming. Came in when they had their store located in the old Miniso, and once again when they moved into the old Bath and Body Works. The old location was far too big for their merchandise. They sold knock off BT21 items like poor quality shirts and hats, and it overall just felt lackluster. Their stock of albums back then was also quite limited (and overpriced). In their new location, it feels like a better fit for them; however, I have to critique their pricing and sales. POB's, pre-order benefits, come with albums when ordering before an album is released at no extra cost. But Kpop 1004 separates POB's from albums and sells them to customers at an extra cost for them to make more money. Not to mention how their prices are inflated way past an acceptable amount for a single album. Back when BTS announced the PTD shows, Kpop 1004 received stock of BTS lightsticks, priced at over $100 each when they are originally sold near $60. They attempted to justify this price by calling themselves a small business: however, they have multiple locations all in very nice areas. I understand a competitive price point; however, $100+ is not justifiable in comparison to other stores, as well as the original price. There are far better, more affordable kpop stores in Southern California. If you are taking your child in because they are kpop obsessed, look into other stores, or even Target or Walmart's selection. POB's do not cost extra money, and Kpop1004 does not pay extra to receive these items. Will not be purchasing anything from this store. read more

I usually get my albums from the K-Pop store in Buena Park (haven't had an issue there), but decided to try this store since it's closer to me. I have to rate it so low due to first impression. The customer service was good but the merchandise said otherwise... I'm so disappointed. Upon purchasing BTS's Map of the Soul 7 (version 2) album, I discovered it was missing the poster when I opened it. First and last time I buy from here, I'm afraid. Be careful armies. for a small album it was 1000 dollars (exaggerated) and i was there and the 2 fat cashiers were laughing at me while pointing at me and my friends and the merch was so expensive and the fake photocard would dent easily and it was made out of plastic the customer service is terrible. when i went here before it was ONLY 16 dollars for an album and they raised the prices up higher than the roof and the employees would switch their personalities faster then they eat a burger when I went up to the counter. and they were staring at me and my friends weirdly and we extremely uncomfortable and they would greet everyone that entered "welcome do you need help finding something?" and they greeted me and my friends with a big side eye. i would not recommend read more

If you're only into BTS and Twice then this is the shop for you. If you're into groups that aren't in the top 10 dont waste gas or your time driving here. My last trip: 0 ITZY, 1 single by NMIXX, no ATEEZ despite a brand new album. Target had a wider selection of artists and actually had new releases. read more

Super cute stuff, However I purchased a BTS Proof Album (Standard) and it had no poster in it. Also, the employees never greeted me when I walked in, they were very loud the whole time, and they were opening a lot of albums. Definitely the first and last time I buy from here. read more
