I came to this salon because they had good reviews and I'm so glad that I did. I came in and the wait wasn't long at all. I maybe day the the waiting area five minutes max. The salon is quaint. Not too big where you feel insignificant, but not too small where you feel like you're in someone else's space. I was seated by MiMi who was extremely nice and welcoming. I didn't expect much because I didn't want to get my hopes up. I can honestly say that I am wowed! MiMi gave me probably the best pedicure that I've ever had. I never realized how important the products are - but when Karen does my nails (SNS) they last at least a month, sometimes up to six weeks. I have been having the worst luck in finding a good nail salon in Atlanta that can make my nails all the same shape and look natural. I had been getting SNS at one salon off and on for the past year. Sometimes my nails were really good, but most of the time not. This last round with SNS was terrible and I had to find a new salon. Based on the reviews, I decided to try K Nails and I am so glad I did. I went in not too happy because I didn't know if I was in for another disappointment or not. I came for the first time with my mom after work the Friday of Mother's Day weekend and was highly impressed! It was packed as you'd expect, and if I'm correct, Karen was the only tech there to do any kind of manicure (the rest only did pedicures). She was the fastest nail tech I've ever seen but I can guarantee that her speed didn't affect the quality of work at all! She's amazing! Literally switched between my mom and I and assisted a tech with someone's pedicure, but still managed to get us out at the same time. How sway?! The space is small, but comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be the selection of chrome colors, I wish they had a bit more to choose from. But my mom and I both left extremely happy with our nails, and will definitely be returning! First let me say, Ann was amazing and I will never let anyone else other than her touch my eyebrows as long as I am in this area. She simply gets it. I went in for a fill in and eyebrow wax and she suggested a new set not to be pushy on up charge but explained why and even said I didn't have to if I didn't want to. I ended up removing and adding a fresh set of get nails with coffin shape. Their designs are bomb and partly why I chose this shop over others so I got two designs. Take off, new gel set, design, and eyebrows was under sixty. Wonderful pricing, excellent customer service and receptionist, and clean beautiful establishment with top notch work. When you come in you must use hand sanitizer and get your temp checked. All workers, and customers must wear masks. There was a plastic curtain between my friend and I while we got pedicures- and we were totally okay with that. It's the price of getting your nails done during such uncertain times. What a great find! I was in Atlanta for business and went off Yelp to find a place for a manicure and pedicure. I had the deluxe pedicure with Karen and it was one of the best pedicures I've ever had! Karen was fun to talk to, she did a great job and gave a wonderful massage. I'm a runner and she knew how to cut my toe nails short. Tommy gave me my gel manicure at the same time. I usually prefer separate services but the conversation between the three of us had me in stitches. I was pleased with the hand massage and the quality of my manicure. I'm sure if I would have requested they would have done my manicure after my pedicure. It was a great experience at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Karen and Tommy! read more

Always a pleasant experience going into K. I've had my nails done by Mei and Karen, who I both highly recommend. With Karen, however, you have to call ahead and make an appointment. My first time coming in a few weeks ago, I had really short nails, and they've helped me grow out my natural nails to the length I've been wanting! My sister recommended this place. She said they usually do it wonderfully, but there was an exception on mine. I just went in to get my sns polish COLOR CHANGE while my sister stayed in the car and worked. That usually takes about 30-40 minutes. In this case it took over 2 hours. The guy i had doing my nails was new. Of course i would get the newbie that had no idea what he was doing. I tried to have grace at the beginning because we all have to start somewhere but i lost that "grace" after he butchered up my cuticles. But after a millions re try's of him dipping my nail in the powder, and him asking his co-worker what top coats to use, i texted my sister. He kept having to re shave the powder off because it got clumpy because he had NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING. so my sister came in and helped me out (she is the more upfront sister). She persistently asked "are y'all almost done?" and "can we not let it dry and just go?". After him FINALLY finishing, they didn't apologize, and all the lady had to say was "oh they look so good", which if anyone was in there right mind they would know they didn't look good. My sister asked why it took them so long and the lady replied "that just means he was spending extra time on them". No, it just means that he didn't know what he was doing. I have been to just about every nail salon in the area and this is the only salon that has gotten it right every single time. I like to go to places a few times before I leave reviews just to be sure. I usually go in for just a pedicure and an occasional gel manicure. All done exceptionally well, every time. I waited until the day of to try to make an appt. at my usual salon and they were booked. So, after reading the reviews I decided to give this salon a try. When I arrived I was greeted and immediately served. No wait. The lady who did my pedicure listened to my request with no complaints. Then another lady came over to do my gel manicure. Everyone was nice and I was in and out. After leaving the salon an hour later I put on socks and the polish on my big toes smudged. I went back to the salon a little before they closed the same day; I told them what happened, they told me to get the polish I used and immediately corrected the problem. Great customer service! Sadly, the quality of work doesn't match the service. It has only been a week (I visited on 2/29) and my gel polish is already lifting up and is chipped off on one finger. I am used to my gel manicure lasting 3, if not 4 weeks before any of this happens. And I know just as a standard gel polish is at least supposed to last 2 weeks. So, although the customer service was great, unfortunately, I won't be able to make this my new go-to salon based on how my gel manicure turned out. read more

I've been coming since Ann used to be here. This guy did my pedicure the other day and I thought, ok, he rushed but maybe he was having a bad day. I came back again for a gel polish today and lo and behold, I got him again. Just my luck! He was asking me over and over if I wanted sns and when I finally said no the 5th time, he went ahead and did my gel. BUT, I look like I did them myself. HORRIBLE!!!! The woman on the phone asked what time, and i said i'd prefer the next available. She told me to "cone now" and it wouldn't be a problem. I arrive about 15 minutes later and the place is packed. All the chairs in the waiting area are full. A woman walks up the the front and I explain I just called. She asks my name, and then proceeds to tell me the wait will be about 30 minutes.
