Michelle S is the best thing about this place. I usually don't like chains like EWC, but I came…read morehere specifically for Michelle after a friend's GLOWING recommendation and she did NOT disappoint! First of all, she is always so friendly and kind and in a great mood. I come to her for Brazilian waxing and I have never had an esthetician more diligent, thorough, and attentive than Michelle - she takes the time to get all my little hairs out to make sure I look as good as possible!! She is also very gentle (which is saying a lot when talking about waxing down there haha) and sensitive to specific skin needs! AND she is so knowledgeable about products - I never feel like she is pushing products on me, but she is giving me genuine suggestions based on what she sees I need and what I tell her is going on. I have been going to her for almost 4 years now and recommend her to EVERYONE! Once, I was in a jam and had to see a different person at EWC and that bad experience just made me even more appreciative of Michelle and her care.

I've been coming to Holly's Nails for 4 years, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I…read morehad an appointment, but I felt completely rushed through my service. The technician spent more time talking to another customer than paying attention to my nails. He rushed me to wash my hands and then was still trying to file my nails while I was standing at the counter getting ready to pay. I showed a reference photo of exactly what I wanted, but the final result looked nothing like it. The French tips are extremely thick, wide, and uneven instead of thin and natural. The shape is inconsistent, and the overall set looks rushed and unfinished. The white tips are so bulky that they look unnatural and distract from the entire manicure. To make matters worse, this was the most expensive set I've ever gotten there. After being a loyal customer for 4 years, I expected much better service, attention to detail, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I left unhappy with both the service and the quality of the nails.

This was my first time getting a lash lift and I found this place from Google reviews. My…read moreesthetician was Ciera and she was awesome. Super easy to talk to and also was a perfect balance of small talk and relaxation. The salon is cute, it's a hair salon and then there's rooms in the back where Ciera does lash stuff and more. The bed was really comfy to lay on and was also warmed which was a nice touch. The entire process was about 45 min and Ciera was very thoughtful throughout making sure I was comfortable. I didn't have any discomfort, she did a great job and I loved the outcome. She said they last about 6 weeks to which I was impressed by! I would definitely come back to do an upkeep of my lash lift.
