Excellent customer service and technical service. We needed our tank filled, but had not used…read morepropane for awhile, so they had to test the tank. Customer service set that up, the technician came out, tested the tank, actually found a serious leak that he showed me on the test meter pressure gauge. The tech was more knowledgeable than any that had ever provided service, from any company. He replaced various parts with new ones, hooked up everything properly that had never been done right till his inspection. Now we don't have any leaks nor risk of damage to our various propane appliances because the pressure is set properly. Various customer service persons including the supervisor made sure everything went smoothly even though this was a complicated and technical service. The tech was amazingly knowledgeable, polite, professional. Rarely these days does any company, big or small, get everything right, done quickly, so Reliance is all the more appreciated. A truly positive and highly recommended company hence the perfect "Great" 5 star rating we gave them! I would strongly recommend that Reliance upper management be made aware of everyone at Reliance, especially the tech who inspected, diagnosed, made safe and fully functional our tank and service. He and all the staff were, are, truly great, really the kind of people you would love to have as friends and neighbors!

They make you sign a contract that you will remain consistent with "stay filled" status in order to request our "EMERGENCY Propane" 24/7 AND THATS WHAT WE HAVE DONE FOR YEARS! I needed it last night! They refused my request in a very haughty and extremely rude inflammatory accusations of my very character!! I always pay my bills! They talked us into a new tank that is now 320# (ours was 250#) so yes it has been daunting to see every bill is now $500 - $700 every two weeks!? They don't value their faithfuls!! Now my daughter is not their customer any longer! They miss her home every single winter two to three times flat out do not deliver and she also has a contract "keep filled"!? She goes totally out! I spoke with Jerry who kept repeating "it's been an unusually cold winter"! Duh!! They are SUCH a rippppp off!!

After several hours I hadn't heard back so I sent a message with my opinion of the JOKE of a service they provide.. Later I got another text saying that he left a voicemail with the price. BS, NO MESSAGE was ever left.. He did send the price in response along with the BS.. It was almost a full dollar more than I had just paid.. They are just a mickey mouse operation
