I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Read, Megan, and everyone here…read more I had really bad dental anxiety and had barely been to the dentist since I was around 12 years old. I'm 47 now so walking through the door for the first time was a pretty big deal for me. From the front desk to being in the dental chair, everyone made me feel comfortable, safe, and never embarrassed about how long it had been (or how wildly messed up my teeth were). The whole process took about a year. I had my upper teeth removed and implants done on the top, along with some implant work on the bottom. It was a big process, but Dr. Read and team made it so much easier than I expected. Megan was part of the team taking care of me during most of my visits, and she was excellent as well. Having the same person there so often made a big difference, especially with my anxiety. She was always patient, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The final result is incredible. My teeth look natural, feel natural, and are strong enough that I don't really even think about them being implants. They used some really impressive technology throughout the process, and you can tell a lot of care and pride went into making sure everything looked and felt right. When everything was finally finished, I actually teared up because I was so happy with how I looked and most importantly - how I felt. I don't think I realized how much of a burden having bad teeth had been until that burden was gone. Being able to smile without thinking about it is a pretty amazing feeling. If you have dental anxiety, have avoided the dentist for years, or are considering implants, I would absolutely recommend the entire team. I'm genuinely grateful I finally went through with it.

Dr. Parker and the office staff were not only professional but very nice (being nice is not…read morerequired but greatly appreciated!). I had my check up and received firm answers and great consideration to all my concerns. I also stayed for a cleaning and the lady performing it was super sweet and gentle. Great job, Parker, Nickolas and Read Dental!

I would like to start by giving a special thank you to Dr. Charbel Saba for the incredible care,…read moreprofessionalism, and compassion he showed throughout Daniel's dental journey. When I first came to Echeverri Dental Center, I had many concerns. I had already seen three different dentists who did not feel comfortable performing Daniel's dental treatment under anesthesia in their own clinics and recommended that Daniel have the procedure done under general anesthesia in a hospital setting. That recommendation led me to Dr. Saba. From the very beginning, Dr. Saba made me feel confident and comfortable. He met with me twice before the procedure, took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything, and gave me the reassurance I needed to know that Daniel was in the right hands. Daniel had his dental surgery at Texas Children's Hospital on May 13th, and everything went successfully. Before the surgery, during the procedure, and throughout his recovery, Dr. Saba continued to provide support, reassurance, and excellent care. As a mother, the most important thing is knowing your child is safe, and Dr. Saba truly gave me that peace of mind. I also want to give a special thank you to Alicia for all the amazing work she did behind the scenes coordinating everything with Texas Children's Hospital and making sure the entire process went smoothly. A big thank you as well to Gloria and Elizabeth, RDA, Dr. Saba's assistants, for their kindness, patience, support, and dedication throughout Daniel's journey. Thank you Dr. Saba, Alicia, Gloria, Elizabeth, and the entire team for your professionalism, compassion, and for treating Daniel with so much care. We are truly grateful for everything you did for our family. I highly recommend this office!

I cannot emphasize how strongly I advise against seeking dental care at Echeveri Dental.  My…read morehusband went in to get a chipped tooth fixed and ended up with a botched root can and swollen face.   Complications: My husband had to deal with a painful infection with swelling, all due to the incompetence displayed by the attending dentist who advised him that this sort of 'swelling' was normal.  It was not! Misleading Consultation: Despite my husbands limited English proficiency, he was coerced by the dentist that he needed a root canal, presenting it as a 'normal and simple" procedure.  Poor Execution: The dentist failed to properly perform the root canal, leaving metal remnants in my husband's gums which led to serious complications.  Financial Burden: Correcting this mistake has already cost us $3000 to have the root canal retreated by a competent medical professional, and the medical ordeal is far from over

I came for the emergency root canal after a crown randomly came off while I ate a chicken salad…read moresandwich, I stayed for the professionalism, the chill vibes, the communication/education, and of course, the Netflix. This office is interested in helping reluctant dental patients (*ahem, me*) feel comfortable and in control of their dental journey. Not an easy thing to do, but definitely can be done as evidenced by Dental Tree of the Heights investing the time to pulse check how the patient feels about dentistry in general. It turns out I needed quite a bit of work done on a variety of teeths in the molar quadrant of both sides of my lower mouth. Currently I am about halfway through this journey, but I can assure the dear reader that your humble narrator is feeling quite at ease with the treatment being provided to poor tooth 19. The staff are nice and knowledgeable, the office has a calming atmosphere, and that Netflix yo... When I was reclined back in my chair and handed the remote control, thus giving me the awesome responsibility of choosing a flick to take in while my mouth got drilled, I took the task seriously. The dear reader should know that while I have at times in my life avoided even looking toward a dentists office, I have probably also spent years of my life scrolling through movie selections and never actually picking anything to watch. And endless scroll of visual choices. After some time, I asked the dentist assistant to choose and next thing I knew, I was chillin while they was drilling. Netflix and drill, anyone? 5 stars.
