The staff was also very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. One thing to note: they don't have a liquor license, but they make up for it with really great mocktails. I didn't miss alcohol at all. Also, if you're going specifically for drunken noodles, just know they're not on the menu. For rolls we ordered a ton: Out of Control Roll, Spicy Grill Roll, Flying Dragon Roll, Foxy Lady Roll, White Geisha Roll and the Tuna Amazing Roll. All of them were spectacular! We definitely could have eaten more (there were 5 adults). Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and you got a ton of fish in the rolls. I always request mild spice level, but it seems that "mild" is always translated to "no spice" which is not what I'm after, so I end up adding my own Thai chili flakes at home. I've asked for medium on a couple occasions, which came out to the appropriate medium level, so I wish they could just knock that down a hair for a mild level when I'm looking for a little less spice. Most of the time, they are pretty quick, but there were two separate occasions where I had to wait 15+ minutes after the estimated time for my order. I'll keeping stopping here and I hope they can make the tweaks necessary to improve the dining experience.
