DO NOT trust this cab company. I set up a round trip cab ride to wedding WEEKS in advance. I set it up through their website, being crystal clear with dates and times. They called ME to confirm the exact same, where I reiterated all the details and was given assurance they'd be there. They cited an understandably high price--to which I agreed and was more than willing to pay--given this is a rural taxi company. Day of the wedding rolls around and after calling them when they no-showed, I was given the run-around about how I was, apparently, supposed to confirm again--utter nonsense. We discussed nothing of the sort. They scrambled, couldn't get a driver out in time, and I ultimately had to drive. They missed out on a nearly $200 RT fare. All my best friends had a care-free time and I had to be Mr. Sober for one of my best friend's major life events. F*** that. read more

Cab driver was great.. Dispatcher, owner, whoever she is was not. We called for a 0700 pickup at around 0630. At 700 no driver so we caked again. She said the driver was stuck in traffic due to a fire. When the driver arrived at 0715 he said he was notified of our request at a few minutes after 0700 and that there was no traffic issues. We had also tried using this cab service the previous night with no luck. We ended up getting a ride from a generous employee. read more

"If you want to see a driver flip out just mention how late they were, instead of apologizing they'll get sassy and drop every excuse in the book" "All sudden it's our fault". Long story short, I was told that my driver would be there to get me in 15 mins. It was 30 degrees out and I had been waiting around 40 minutes outside before i decided to callback to kindly see what the delay was on my cab. As soon as i mentioned my issue to the cab driver he rudely cut me off and goes on to explain every issue in the book instead of trying to resolve the issue at hand. Near the end of our conversation he goes on to say repeatedly calling wont make the drivers any faster, I told him it was my first time calling back. As i finish up this review the cab driver was ultimately a no show, and its been about 1 hour later. read more

We booked KC Cab to take us from Suncadia to dinner in Roslyn and back. Steve was great about calling me as soon as I made an online inquiry and following up the day before the event. He was on time, a pleasure to talk to and awesome about picking us up earlier than expected. I will definitely use KC Cab again! read more

I've never had a cab from here arrive on time, sometimes more than 20 minutes late and the customer service is horrible. Got in the cab and the woman driving was being horribly rude and bitching about all the kids she has to pick up. Maybe don't be a cab driver in a college town if you're just gonna act like you did. read more

I called this company because I needed to get to a vet clinic to pick up a parcel and get back home with it. I was expecting to have to pay separately for each direction, but the driver immediately offered to pick up the parcel on the way to me, so I'd only have to pay a one-way trip. No show! Called a cab for my son and was told they were close and would be right over. The address was right on Main St and not hard to find. Twenty minutes later we were still waiting. I called to find out what was going on, and another driver who was picking people up in another part of town answered the call. I finally had to close my store for a time to give my son a ride home, so he could get to work on time. read more

I always go through this cab service, as I have almost always had a good experience. However, I was a little disappointed tonight because it was very difficult to get a ride. I understand that it was a busy night, but no one picked up the phone all night except for David. He drove us to our destination and back. More employees need to at least pick up. We booked KC for transportation for a concert at the Gorge from Ellensburg. We were arriving from the Seattle area and traffic on 90 was a mess. We arrived in Ellensburg a little late and a little frazzled. Steve was waiting for us and super patient while we got our things in order. The ride to the gorge was great. Steve let us know where and when he would pick us up after the concert. He even said if the concert goes later than planned to stay and enjoy the show he would wait for us. He arrived on time to pick us up and it was so great not to have to deal with the parking lot and concert traffic. Thanks Steve! read more
