I had told her I was driving cross country and did not have convenient access to email when I made the reservation. UNBELIEVABLE!!! She is a horrible listener. She has no idea who the customer is and like I said, I had to repeat myself over and over again with repetitive information because she just couldn't get the reservation right. DO NOT spend your money here. Bad people! UPDATE (10/13/2014): For the record I received a nasty email from the Inn staff today. I considered it hostile, insulting and threatening.
