Would've tried to work something out along the lines of just sandblast it off and I'll pay for that, couldn't get a word in, would've had to wait even longer for them to clean up their mess. They need to do a better job of controlling their employees quality. The work is always top quality. Diego has a great eye for colors when you're on the fence. Arcane keeps up with communication very well and will let you know if/when things get delayed or are ahead of schedule (I am probably an annoying customer!). They also keep a tidy shop/workspace, and are more than willing to show you what they are working on. Both signs of a great business, when it comes to choosing vendors, in my experience. Getting them back after a year in various unfinished states doesn't help. After numerous phone calls over a year, the owner could have just told me that they couldn't finish the job or it wasn't worth his time to take on the project. I was put off week after week with promises of getting it done. After a while, he was just trying to avoid the situation and kept putting me off. Staffing is an obvious problem during the pandemic, but it never seemed to be a concern that eventually my order would be finished. So if anyone asks in the future, I wouldn't recommend Alpha. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I just get the feeling they'll only take on big money jobs and the "little guy" projects don't matter.
