I had a small job to do and I contacted this company through their website and by phone. I talked to the owner a couple of times, but he kept telling me he was busy with work and it would be "next week" or "in a couple of weeks." He asked me for pictures of the job with a tape measure, which I sent so that he could give an estimate, but he never did that. I finally offered to just bring the pieces down so he could take a look at them just to give an estimate but to just set up a time to show them to him I had to call back "next week sometime." He doesn't have weekend hours, and I didn't want to take off from work and show up there if he wasn't expecting me. Either he didn't want the small job but didn't want to say so, or he was so busy that he couldn't take the time to quote it or act interested.
