I'm still processing. From the second you walk in, it feels less like a dentist office and more like a Pinterest board for "how to make kids think brushing their teeth is a personality trait." The space is bright, clean, and somehow magically calming (??), which feels like a clinical miracle in itself. The staff? Actual angels disguised as dental professionals. They talk to kids like tiny humans with feelings (revolutionary), explain everything in a way that doesn't sound scary, and somehow make flossing feel like a VIP treatment instead of a betrayal. And the dentists--patient, warm, and clearly operating on a level of emotional intelligence that deserves its own award category. No rushing, no overwhelm, just a very "we've got you" energy that makes both kids and parents unclench a little. Bonus points for: -Zero shame, even if your child thinks brushing their teeth is a conspiracy -Distraction tactics that deserve a CIA contract -Making me feel like I'm absolutely crushing motherhood simply by showing up 10/10 experience. Would trust them with my kids' teeth, their feelings, and honestly, probably a minor life crisis if needed.

My…read moreintention is not to criticize, but to ensure open communication and to support a practice that has otherwise taken great care of my children. Earlier today, my son Winston was experiencing significant discomfort from a broken orthodontic wire that is poking the inside of his cheek and making it painful for him to eat. In addition, he has a very loose baby tooth that is NOT attached to the bracket, and our orthodontist previously advised us that if the tooth begins to bother him, we should have our pediatric dentist remove it. When I called the office to request guidance, the receptionist responded in a raised tone and repeatedly stated that "there is nothing we can do," without asking clarifying questions or offering to relay the situation to the dentist. I fully understand that there are policies and limitations, but the lack of empathy and the refusal to escalate a clinical concern was discouraging--especially while my child was in pain. What I hoped for was simply reassurance, and perhaps a message passed to the doctor for professional guidance. Instead, the interaction left me feeling dismissed during a moment when my son needed help. I am sharing this respectfully so you are aware and can provide additional training or support to your front desk staff. Families rely on them not only for scheduling, but also for calm, compassionate communication--especially when a child is hurting.

For all our appointments, we have always been on time. Yet, we consistently have had to wait extended periods of time (30-60 minutes) to be seen. One time, we had to wait while a friend of an employee had all their kids being evaluated. The last straw was our appointment being cancelled automatically without confirmation. They send confirmation for appointments via text two days prior to the appointment. I overlooked it as I was in meetings all day and forgot to get back to it. Well, they automatically cancelled it because I did not respond to the text. No follow up text asking to confirm or appointment would be cancelled, no information on the first text stating no response would yield a cancellation, just the cancellation and appointment given to another patient. Would make more sense to do this with patients which are not ever on time or are no shows, yet that doesn't seem to be the case. To the person who complained yesterday. The other patient likely came anyway after the appointment was automatically cancelled without them realizing, because well, what other place does that? Never coming back here again. We are busy parents and we need reliable timely service.

You would expect a warm, welcoming, and patient-centered environment--but that has not been my experience at all. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels impersonal. The staff are not particularly friendly or engaging with either the children or their parents. Each visit feels rushed, like you're being pushed through an assembly line so they can move on to the next patient. The dental assistants do their jobs, but there's little effort to connect with the kids, which is concerning for a pediatric-focused office. Dr. Gabby is okay, but nothing exceptional. Her bedside manner is average, and overall, the experience doesn't feel especially reassuring or welcoming. The biggest issue, however, is the billing. It's completely disorganized. The billing department is offsite, and the front desk staff are unable to clearly explain charges. At each of my first three visits, I specifically asked if there were any co-pays or balances due and was told everything was covered. Then, nearly two years later at my fourth visit, I'm suddenly told I have an overdue balance for all previous appointments. That makes no sense. When I asked for an itemized bill, they couldn't provide one and told me I would have to contact the billing department myself. They provided me with the balance due but said "I'm not actually for what this is for though." That level of disconnect and lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating and, frankly, concerning. Overall, the experience feels disorganized and impersonal. Between the poor customer service and the billing issues, I will definitely be finding a different dental practice for my children.

Whatever you do, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT LET CHRISTIE (TALL Filipina lady) work with your kid! She was rude the first few times and she is still RUDE !!!! Not sure why someone like her would even work with kids and why this place would even allow her to still work there. Many things happened In the past but today, my 6 year old said he needed to pit after she was done cleaning his teeth! She completely ignored him. He repeated himself and she said "HERE". and shoved the suction in his mouth! Then she said, "OK, you can go now" but he couldn't get out because she was sitting in the chair. SHE MADE HIM WALK UNDER THE ARM OF THE SIDE TABLE where it was not safe!!!!!!! Who makes a kid walk under a table because you can't get up from your seat!!!! I asked why she couldn't let him walk around and her reason was that she didn't want him to get hurt RUDELY! All she needed to do was get up from her chair! She was blocking him!!!! CHRISTY/ CHRISSY WHATEVER her name is should be FIRED! She was unprofessional and RUDE to me and my 6 year old! I spoke to the office manager Lan and she apologized for CHRISTY's actions but regardless, DO NOT TRUST CHRISTY WITH YOUR KID!!! She is not kind *** This place also rushes when explaining what procedures they need to do. Everyone including the doctor today was in a rush of explaining what your kid needs to have done! Forget about asking them to repeat it, they get frustrated and can't even make eye contact with you!
