It's the norm that most stores don't accept return on final sales. The more you accentuate it, the more contemptible it becomes. Even if customer attempts to return, so what? If you don't like to deal with people, you shouldn't be in service industry. I prefer to interact with the friendly staff.

I brought my dog inside and he barked at someone and she jumped. Keep in mind that my cashier was an older lady who was very friendly and asked me about my dog and was smiling and kind. Alyssa, was a younger girl with long brown hair. Her rude comment was that I shouldn't have brought a mean dog like that to the store. I tried to respond by saying hes usually not mean and i kept talking-- and she turns her back on me and ignores what im saying. Completely rude and immature. So she involved herself in a situation that didn't involve her then when I responded she turns her back? Make up your mind, girl. You want to be tough then run off? She needed to mond her own business and get back to work. There were like 10 dogs in the store today, its Christmas eve. Were all in the Christmas spirit except the grinch, Alyssa. I immediately reported her to customer service. I spent almost $600 that day and definitely dont expect immature customer service like that. Target, please coach your younger staff on being respectful. They need to take a lesson from the older staff who still have respect and manners. Tighten up your discipline bcuz its showing with her actions. No customer deserves this.

Turns out my primary store was sold out and Target suggested an alternate store, or delivery, free of charge. Leveraged the West San Jose store for in-store pickup and my order was ready within minutes of arrival. The team member had a name tag attached to their Telxon gun making it hard for me to capture their name. The experience was quick and easy. Opted to grab a gift card and it required assistance as a team member needed to grab the actual gift card sticker to place on the gift card in order to activate the gift card (to prevent fraud) Parking was plentiful. Was able to get in and out within minutes first thing in the morning!

In comparison to the other Daiso locations that I frequent in SoCal, this location has way more kawaii and cute character goods from Sanrio, San-X, and Disney, as well as more oshikatsu goods and items from the cute, feminine Threepy home goods. These sections had more variety and were way more well stocked than the ones that I have been to. It's a decently sized store with aisles packed with goods and it can get a bit narrow and claustrophobic but I'd rather have that than having an emptier store. I was able to find an iPhone charging cable here and the next day in SoCal, couldn't even find one. Variety is crazy. Lines can get a bit long, but there's self check out here too.

I've been to many Daiso's since the first time visiting here so I'm aware of the price increases over time. Things change, a little more of that and a little less of that. All the stores have the same prices and the same choices to stock. What's different is the square footage and the management running the shop. The security guard was very short and curt with me and raised his voice and said that I couldn't take it out past the door. (BTW, I work with a ton of security professionals & contact security organizations, I've never been treated this way.) I told him I had issues and what could I do because my car is just a few feet away. I can't transport the items. He told me to park in the handicapped parking. Which is another violation, anyhow I parked alongside it. He didn't even offer to help me at all. I get that shopping cart theft is a huge issue. However this places an undue burden on those with accessibility issues & the elderly. Customers should at least be allowed to walk a few feet to their cars. I was parked, literally just a few feet away in the parking lot, directly in front of the store as well. I was able to see bags and charms from Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Longchamp, and many more designers. I had admired some of the bags online and enjoyed seeing what they looked like in real life. The biggest surprise was Coach. I burned out on Coach purses over 10 years ago, but found some of their bags to be quite beautiful and well-made. I also saw some Tory Burch bags I really liked, and I'm not usually a fan. One sales associate offered to assist me and then kindly left me alone and let me browse. Spending time at Nordstrom was one of the highlights of my visit to the mall.

We complied immediately. After relocating and waiting as instructed, another customer was then allowed to cut ahead of us even though we had already been waiting, twice mind you. When I raised the issue in the moment, stating that we had been waiting first, the situation was not corrected and no adjustment was made to the order of service. The employee pretended to be surprised there was a line when he was the one who kicked us out in the first place. The result was inconsistent queue management that disproportionately affected multiple Asian customers who were waiting in line. Regardless of intent, the handling of the situation created a perception of unfair treatment and favoritism to Caucasian customers and was not addressed when brought to staff attention. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that management can review staff training and ensure consistent handling of checkout lines so customers are not redirected out of order or left waiting unfairly after following instructions.

The employees are really friendly and eager to help you. I had a lovely conversation with an employee in the skin care section. We were discussing the Korean skin care products and she told me about a few she had tried. I really appreciated that. The checkout wasn't too bad today. They had plenty of employees working at the registers and that made the line move fast. Overall a great shopping experience.

What bothered me most was how an elderly gentleman in front of me was treated. Aishwarya rushed him and allowed other people to go ahead, even though he had been waiting longer than all of us. It made him visibly uncomfortable. I told her that, in my culture, we respect our elders, and I chose to let him proceed before me. Because of the lack of organization, two people who arrived after me ended up going ahead of me as well, which made the situation even more frustrating and unfair for everyone waiting. When I asked Aishwarya for her name, she refused to provide it and even covered her name tag. This is unprofessional--especially since employees are expected to wear name tags for identification and accountability. I asked to speak with a manager, and Maria came to the front, but unfortunately the disorganization continued. My biggest concern is the treatment of the elderly. No one--especially elders--should be rushed, made uncomfortable, or skipped in line when they've been waiting patiently. This experience felt very unprofessional, and I would appreciate better organization and more respectful customer service in the future.

While in the theatre watching a James Bond movie, I told her I lied to my boss at the Hungry Hunter restaurant telling him o was sick only to discover him sitting right in front of me then telling me he would have too given the looks of the girl I was with!!! Even Stephen as he was on a date with waitress of our employer which was against the employee rules! That was in 1976! The Monk's Retreat, Original Crab house and Pizza My Heart were / are my favorites! Are they really going to mow the center down and build sky risers? My daughter worked at Jamba Juice and it was nice to go by and say hi once in a while!
