And the manager said "sure I'll do that for you." When we were seated there was this beautiful bouquet of roses that they had ready for us. It was gorgeous! When I asked the manager "where did you get that?" She said I was just down the street the Keller Florist. When I checked the price on the bouquet I could not believe what a good deal we got! Do you want a beautiful arrangement? Do you want flowers that last? The Keller Florist is the place to go! Kylia, the designer, has been with the company for 18 years and she knows what she is doing! With an upcoming very special event I was going to, I took no chances and opted for a pick up order. Just in case, ya know? I needed something breathtaking and grand. I did my usual process and scoped out their website being a first time customer of this particular shop. I called and happened to speak to Gail herself. We discussed some modifications and I crossed my fingers. I felt she really listened and was upfront with the inventory she had and ability to fulfill the order. It was pricey but I felt confident. I came in the next day to pick up the arrangement and was surprised that it was a shop on her home property. It was felt so personal and quaint. She showed me the arrangement that was ready at the specified pick up time and I was blown away! With the color modifications and the flower alternatives we discussed, it came out gorgeous. I could not have asked for anything to be done better. It was perfect for the event and everyone loved it. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Honestly, I'm very embarrassed to give it to his date because it looks so small and cheap. It looks nothing like the picture we ordered from and it definitely doesn't look like it cost $40. The largest flower is maybe an inch in diameter and the smaller ones are probably half.

The end result looks like it cost less than half that. I know that sometimes specific flowers aren't available, but from what I can see, substitutions weren't even made (pink alstroemerias weren't substituted, for example.) I left a voicemail with the florist, saying I was disappointed and they didn't even call me back! I wanted to show my relative how much I care, and this falls flat, in my opinion!

This company was referred to us by our venue (Wedding Reception is in Downtown Fort Worth). Where to start with this company: 1. Their prices are extremely expensive in comparison to competitors. 2. We scheduled a meeting during a weekend to plan for our wedding and they did not show up. Also left a few voice-mails and received no response until a two weeks after. 3. Finally was able to meet with them and they were supposed to deliver the proposal over the weekend. Have yet to receive a proposal (Two Days late). Wedding is in 25 days!! They are very brief on the phone and offer no empathy despite this short time frame They supposedly have a great reputation in Fort Worth and I am sure that their work is good! HOWEVER, with limited Customer Service-they have been a nightmare to work with. They will not follow up and lack the professionalism needed in order to plan a wedding.

The flowers were for my mother who lives with my sister in the gated community. Instead of using the keypad at the gate, he telephoned and my mother answered. He asked for the code for the gate which she couldn't give and she asked him to hold while she went for my sister. Being impatient, when they returned he'd hung up and left. My mother says he was in a hurry and very rude. But, by just leaving my family had no idea who'd sent the flowers and what florist to contact for redelivery. And of course he returned to Bloomtown saying he'd left a message and no one was home. He lied. Not only did my mother not get Easter Flowers but she's was treated rudely and so was I. I lost $50 but that doesn't matter. These people deal in emotions but don't seem to realise the consequences but seem content to exploit it. If i'd seen they had three stars, I would not have ordered from them. Please be aware, they don't even care.
