Initially we were very pleased with the service provided. While they did push back the start date several days without contacting us that they wouldn't be there, the overall work was good quality. Fast forward to 4 months after the work was preformed we started having problems with the sprinklers. We made several calls to them, left several voice mails .. no calls were ever returned. We ended up having to shut off all the water to our house to fix the problem. We thought the problem was fixed so the fact that they didn't return our calls went by the wayside. Then today again we had issues with the sprinklers. We called several times again. We were even hung up on. They have made no attempt to return a phone call, answer the phone after they hung up on us are you ready or come by to fix the problem as requested in the many messages. Buyer beware with this company. They will not return your call if there is a problem! Not a stand up company. Beyond disappointed. read more

We hired Brock and Darren after we had a previous construction project from hell. We were definitely, and still are, weary of contractors and the empty promises they love to feed ya. Oversell, under deliver. We gave them our vision and what we'd like done and our budget. They were straight forward and honest with what we should expect. Some of our ideas didn't necessarily align with Brocks artistic vision and at first we were hesitant to allow free rein on some things, but in the end we were glad we did. The project turned out really well, and Darren was a stud. He was out there rain and shine making sure our project got done on time. They even helped fix some other things concerning irrigation around the place that needed repair after the job was done. Every neighbor has stopped by and can't help but compliment our yard, maybe because it was in terrible disrepair for 3 months because of the other construction lol. When Brock came and gave us our estimate, he arrived at time promised and when we explained what we wanted (which would of been much more expensive) he suggested much simpler landscaping which suited our place much better. If you want your landscaping project done properly, to your complete satisfaction, and on time, you want Brock Lindsey of Kateley & Kristiansson to do your job. Brock spends time going over all of the details of your project and informs you of every step that will be taken and the approximate time that each step will take. He started and finished my job exactly in the time frame he had specified, which was only 12 days from start to finish to recreate my entire backyard. In that time, he cleared my yard of a bunch of debris, installed irrigation, planted sod and poured a concrete border around it, planted 6 trees, built a retaining wall that runs the length of the side of my backyard and a third of the length of the same side of my front yard, planted five shrubs, placed river rock all along my back and side fences, and covered the bare earth in bark. Furthermore, his dedication to my project didn't end after he had completed the project and I had given him my final payment. He reprogrammed my irrigation timer to accommodate the newly planted items in my backyard. And on top of all of that, he has been returning to my home every few days to check on the sod, trees, and shrubs he planted to make sure that they are doing well and receiving the proper amount of water.
