Not happy! After being a customer for over a year, and Tom leaving, my service went down significantly. No prior notification of visit to allow us to plan to let the tech in the house to spray. I feel the tech wanted us to not be home so they could spray and leave, maybe... never a knock when they arrived. They just would spray and leave, and if you don't catch them, oh well. Due to my cameras, I found on two visits the tech did not spray and still billed for service. I couldn't believe it after 1st and ensured cameras were working, but second time was undeniable as they recorded him coming and going within 2 minutes and no footage of the tech spraying the house. read more

Jeff came out to my home today in Lake Redding neighborhood, to evaluate an issue I have with bees in attic. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Spent about an hour assessing, crawling around in attic with very limited access, and provided a number of potential solutions to a challenging problem. In the end, he was honest, and recommended a a licensed contractor to deal with HVAC system that prevented full access, and potential repairs to address where bees and other animals could be entering. Eventhough I insisted, he wouldn't take any money for the conultation, and was genuinely interested in providing advice to make sure I was making an informed decision and heading in the right direction. Knowledge, honesty, and integrity go a long way in my book. read more

Was not happy with my customer service with this company. The professionalism was lacking with their technician and for being a locally owned business they did not work with me on some services I was unable to receive and charged extra for ones I didn't want. On top of not being happy with my service and speaking directly to the office I wrote them a letter in which there was no response to. Even after getting them more business and referring my grandma to the program after I began mine they were very rude and unprofessional when it came to customer service and I will no longer recommend them to anyone. read more

I contacted Jeff's Pest Control to keep spiders, cobwebs and ants away from our home in Lake California. We love them! Andrew comes out on a monthly basis and keeps the outside of our home in great condition. Our first month, an inside inspection was completed along with the outside for no extra charge. In fact, their first month price was over 4 times cheaper than any of the Chain pest control companies I called. We also had them come out one time to determine what turned out to be bats in our front porch area. Again this was done at no charge. I am thrilled also that they offer a senior citizen discount, and that they are locally owned. They have given us the best service around. I will never go anywhere else. read more

Jeff's Pest is the BEST. We have the monthly service which is great and has solved our persistent ant problems. Just today I had a scare after traveling and thought we might have bedbugs. I called in the morning and Jeff came out right away. (I was freaked out!!). He inspected and determined that we, in fact, did not have bed bugs. (Whew!). My husband and I learned so much from him as to how to protect ourselves when we are traveling and what to look for. I can't thank Jeff enough for his help!
