Bugs came back quickly. Asked to come back over the phone. Left message.Never responded.

Fast response time and friendly service. Price for services seems about right and they took care of my issue quickly.

These nice folks deserve the rave reviews!!! They're the best in town, super professional (live up to their name!). I opted for green/eco friendly indoors and stronger stuff outdoors since I was dealing with some poisonous pests. Ryan was super kind, knowledgeable about different kinds of pests and did a thorough and careful job. They are reasonably priced too! Definitely recommend! read more

Had our first service with this company earlier this month after switching from one of the big name pest control companys. Haven't seen any bugs in the house since the service so far which is excellent compared to who was doing it before, the tech was very helpful and knowledgeable and the receptionist when I called was very polite and I was amazed and glad I didn't have to go through a bunch of selections to reach a office person so far I can say is I highly recommend this local company read more

Its that time of year when the roaches start to come out... We had seen them really bad outside and they were getting into our garage (not our house thank god). I called Dave & Madona at Professional Exterminators and they came out and sprayed within a few days of my call. Literally overnight the roaches were dying. I started counting them less than 24 hours after their visit just to have fun with it. I don't know what they use but IT WORKS RIGHT AWAY. It's been now a week since they sprayed, and I haven't seen a living roach since. If you need something taken care of or if something is bugging, you call Professional Exterminators and they will literally exterminate them in hours. :) read more

We have used a ton of different exterminators throughout the years, but Professional exterminators is the best we have encountered. Super helpful, great communication, punctual, and excellent customer service. I recommend them to anyone who needs an exterminator. I recently transitioned to Professional Exterminators and I couldn't be more satisfied. This family team packs a powerful punch to pests! Dave and his team's response time is exemplary. Today, Cody arrived soon after my distress text upon the discovery of a large wasp nest near the front entry. He arrived within mere hours of my text and had that nest removed lickety-split. #herostatus This team is knowledgeable, efficient, polite, reasonably priced and an absolute pleasure to work with. The quality of their service is 5-star plus some and I highly recommend! read more

Talk about outstanding customer service!! I called panicked over a recurring bug problem. Wasps and the most evil of all things bug.....Cockroaches. THE WORST! It was early when I phoned and knew they weren't open yet, so I was planning to just leave a voicemail for a call back. As I was mid-message, Dave answered and asked how he could help. After I gave him my panicked schpiel, he told me he could be there within the hour. Wow! True to his word, he arrived and took care of the problem promptly. For a rush like that I had expected to pay much more than the bill was, and when I said I wanted monthly service he dropped it even more! To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I have seen zero bugs other than dead ones (just how I like them) and I feel the job done was extremely thorough. He was so kind, and such a pleasure to chat with, as well. There is a reason Dave has such wonderful reviews. This was the best customer service I've experienced in some time now. I will refer everybody to him! If you have a bug problem, Dave is definitely your guy. Thank you Dave!!! read more

It is rare to not have to go through telephone prompts automated system. We were not happy with our current pest control company. We found Professional Exterminators on Yelp. No contract with a reasonable contact and appointment notifying procedures, Last but, not least he is locally invested and located Charles /Jeanne Muckle read more

Professional Exterminators I am not one to write referrals as a usual practice, but I must let everyone know about the fantastic experience I just had with Professional Exterminators. I am remodeling my home and discovered some termite damage while working on the front porch. Damage was not to extensive, so I ripped out the bad wood replaced it properly and called Dave Silva at Professional Exterminators to get a spray in the areas before covering the effected area back up to finish the project. This was on a Friday and Dave said he would be over the next day to spray. As promised, he showed up bright and early on a Saturday morning, sprayed the area as well as the rest of the house. What great service, his prompt attention effectively allowed me to finish the front porch remodel without delay. I signed on with Professional Exterminators the following Monday and continue to use his monthly spray service. I highly recommend Dave and Professional Exterminators to anyone who asks, they are my go too for any pest issues. Sincerely, Bil Woodford read more

Dave literally saved my sanity. Not only he responded to my desperate call and left a message, he followed up with a text. Recently due to parking my white car at a certain place that had a lot of springtail bugs, my white car was covered by thousands and thousands of these bugs. After 3 car washes and endless lint rolling and vacuuming them for 4 weeks they are still in my car (not interior) in great numbers. I have been so freaked out and stressed over this to the point of losing sleep. Talked to another pest control company and was told that the only way to get rid of these springtails was to spend several hundreds bucks to spray chemicals. But Dave was so honest to educate me that these springtails are seasonal and this year there is a great abundance of them. Even his own white car has the same issue and told me that when summer heats up and temperature soars they will go away on their own. He also explained a bit more about these bugs so I know how to keep them off my home and that they are basically harmless. I so appreciate his ethics and honesty. If anyone needs pest control, you should try Dave's service. Very hard to find good ethics in this business. Although I have not had to use his service this time, I saw that he has many great reviews on google as well which attests to his excellent level of service. Thanks so much Dave! read more
