Its that time of year when the roaches start to come out... We had seen them really bad outside and they were getting into our garage (not our house thank god). I called Dave & Madona at Professional Exterminators and they came out and sprayed within a few days of my call. Literally overnight the roaches were dying. I started counting them less than 24 hours after their visit just to have fun with it. I don't know what they use but IT WORKS RIGHT AWAY. It's been now a week since they sprayed, and I haven't seen a living roach since. If you need something taken care of or if something is bugging, you call Professional Exterminators and they will literally exterminate them in hours. :) read more

Talk about outstanding customer service!! I called panicked over a recurring bug problem. Wasps and the most evil of all things bug.....Cockroaches. THE WORST! It was early when I phoned and knew they weren't open yet, so I was planning to just leave a voicemail for a call back. As I was mid-message, Dave answered and asked how he could help. After I gave him my panicked schpiel, he told me he could be there within the hour. Wow! True to his word, he arrived and took care of the problem promptly. Professional Exterminators I am not one to write referrals as a usual practice, but I must let everyone know about the fantastic experience I just had with Professional Exterminators. I am remodeling my home and discovered some termite damage while working on the front porch. Damage was not to extensive, so I ripped out the bad wood replaced it properly and called Dave Silva at Professional Exterminators to get a spray in the areas before covering the effected area back up to finish the project. This was on a Friday and Dave said he would be over the next day to spray. As promised, he showed up bright and early on a Saturday morning, sprayed the area as well as the rest of the house. What great service, his prompt attention effectively allowed me to finish the front porch remodel without delay. I signed on with Professional Exterminators the following Monday and continue to use his monthly spray service. Dave literally saved my sanity. Not only he responded to my desperate call and left a message, he followed up with a text. Recently due to parking my white car at a certain place that had a lot of springtail bugs, my white car was covered by thousands and thousands of these bugs. After 3 car washes and endless lint rolling and vacuuming them for 4 weeks they are still in my car (not interior) in great numbers. I have been so freaked out and stressed over this to the point of losing sleep. Talked to another pest control company and was told that the only way to get rid of these springtails was to spend several hundreds bucks to spray chemicals. But Dave was so honest to educate me that these springtails are seasonal and this year there is a great abundance of them. Even his own white car has the same issue and told me that when summer heats up and temperature soars they will go away on their own. He also explained a bit more about these bugs so I know how to keep them off my home and that they are basically harmless. I so appreciate his ethics and honesty. If anyone needs pest control, you should try Dave's service. Very hard to find good ethics in this business.
