Sometimes when I arrive I do have to wait in the reception room for an extra 20 minutes but once settled into an exam his full attention is on me. I have never felt that he is rushing the appointment and that I am the most important patient at that time. He has a marvelous sense of humor and always makes me laugh. The audiologists have always been great and its so convenient to have everything right there. Over the years the dynamics of the office itself has changed as the staff change but all have been very competent, helpful and kind.

I just got off the phone with the entire MiracleEar office (except for Debbie, who did not want to come to the phone) and both the woman who answered the phone AND the man who does the ear testing were evasive. My comment to both of them: why would we trust you to spend $6,000 plus on hearing aids if you scammed us on a dining promotion? Fool me once, shame on you.... Debbie has a box full of these "gift" cards in her side drawer so they have hundreds of them left. If they had told the truth we probably would have come anyway, and we had thought it was a thorough exam.
