i don't know how these people have a 5 star review unless they delete the bad ones ,my wife went in for a hearing test and after spent 45 minuets with a audio salesperson who went on and on about how the hearing aids would help with various hearing problems that she had.I spent a several years training commission sale people, and this guy very aggressive. After,i told my wife to go to an actual hearing doctor, and not to my surprise, she was told her hearing was perfect. This business is a nothing more than hearing aid, car dealer. read more

I have been a patient of Live Better Hearing for about six years, and have nothing but praise. Dr. Cushing is an excellent audiologist who listens and cares about her patients. The staff is always welcoming and efficient. read more

Unfortunately, they were beautiful. It's a terrible choice for any one of the patients like us. I bought a new hearing aid. They processed a new mold two weeks ago, and they called me to that a hearing aid was ready and made an appointment have to wait for another month. It's over six weeks. It's not usual. read more

I just moved to Frederick, MD recently and needed a new audiologist to check my hearing and adjust/repair my hearing aids. Live Better Hearing got really good reviews here on Yelp, and were also recommended by the manufacturer of my hearing aids, so I made an appointment. From the beginning, Sarah was outstanding, setting my appointment, sending me the proper forms to prepare for my visit, and emailing me a reminder the day before my appointment. Today I met with Brandon Adawi for my hearing test. I have had several hearing tests over the years but this was the most comprehensive test I have ever had, and very well explained! After the test he cleaned and repaired my hearing aids, and updated the settings based on my test results. I noticed an immediate improvement in my hearing! I also took advantage of their peace of mind coverage which saved me a substantial amount of money today and will save more throughout the year. I highly recommend that you ask about it! Overall I am very pleased and highly recommend Live Better Hearing! read more

I have been a client for several years now. They always go above and beyond! It is SO IMPORTANT to have a TEAM of professionals who can all work with you as you travel the hearing loss journey. Hearing aids are only incredible and life-changing if you have the right ones, and the right people to program them. Hearing loss runs in my family so I have lots of different experiences to draw from, and I know I am in the best hands at Live Better Hearing. read more

These folks are super! None of us want to have hearing aids, but Brandon and Sarah made the process painless. I have been back several times for fine tuning and they are always able to fit me in and take care of my needs. Very, very knowledgeable and worked with me to get the right device for me and to program my hearing aids to meet my needs. I would not go anywhere else but to Live Better! read more

I would highly recommend them. They were very professional and thorough. They were very willing to listen to my concerns. They didn't pressure me getting the most expensive hearing aid. They allowed to choose one that I was comfortable with. Steve W. read more
