I submitted my bloodwork and asked for confirmation that they received my paperwork. The office acknowledge receipt. But after a week, I had not heard anything regarding the results or whether an MRI would be needed. I ultimately had to call the office myself to get an update. While the staff was helpful when I reached out, I was disappointed by the lack of proactive communication. Timely follow-up is critical in healthcare, and I hope the office can improve in this area for future patients. read more

I have always had great experiences with Dr. Para and his staff, and I've been a patient here for over a decade. There are no long wait times to get into the doctor, and Dr. Para is knowledgeable and efficient. read more

They charged me $294.00 for 15 minutes visit and Dr. Para said he is not able to do anything so he recommended another doctor for me. So why they charged $294.00 for the visit? It is Rip off read more

Sure, Doctor Parameswaran is great. Very attentive, very thorough. He performed septoplasty and turbinate reduction for me, but, before hand, I had my initial visit, my follow up consult, then my prep-appointment. Afterwards I had two follow up appointments. The surgery went well and exactly as described. The thing that's most noteworthy, though, is the professionalism of the entire office. Dr. Para himself is very well spoken and, as previously mentioned, thorough. Listens to your questions attentively without a trace of doctorly condescension, and answers them knowledgeably and precisely. Excellent beside manner! Also had Dr. Johnson conduct my hearing test and fit me for custom hearing protection. Again, excellent manner, thorough, helpful, courteous: just plain neighborly! But, the visit starts at the front desk, and Gina and Jade are the very best: friendly, engaging, helpful and experienced when it comes to the insurance companies and the "dance" often required, and patient when you're "checking your calendar," or trying to find your lost insurance card in your bottomless purse or your 2-feet-thick wallet. I seriously love the practice so much that I'm bummed they're specialists and I don't see them often - I'd rather they be my general practitioners so I could see them a few times a year. Highly recommend. read more

I love this practice! They are so accommodating. They always manage to find an appointment when I'm not feeling well. Every one is so nice from the office staff to the PA to Dr. Para. read more

I will say the day of and the following day I feel amazing. I know these kind of treatments can be controversial, but I believe it's well worth it. The service is always really good, too and I love the anti-gravity chair you sit in with all the massage modes. You kind of drift off while you're sitting. I will say though but the end of the session I'm ready to use the bathroom but after a full IV that's normal. They also run good deals here and there and have the best owner. I strongly recommend.
