We took a trip to universal for 5 days, all the way from Maryland. Trying to find a dog boarding business that would accommodate our late arrival time after our 12 hour road trip was few and far in between..and then I found Grammy! Her existing reviews were already extremely reassuring, and then I reached out with our information to see if it would be feasible. She got back to me immediately and was so patient and flexible with our drop off and pick up times, it was truly so easy to book and set everything up! Fast forward, we get to Grammy's around almost 1 in the morning, after driving for 12 hours with our sweet Cherry Tomato! And wow was I shocked, our girl usually can be a little standoffish with entering new places/going into unfamiliar homes...I don't even think she looked back at us once Grammy was there! She got right out of the car and just went straight on up to Grammy and was greeted by the sweetest woman! We were floored! She was tail wagging straight through the front door and it was so reassuring for us! Grammy also kept us updated with pictures every hour during the days she was there! We got to see all her new friends she made and our Cherry just having the best time! We couldn't recommend Grammy more! Overall 1000000/10 experience and I have never felt more peace of mind leaving my baby with someone new. We will absolutely be boarding with Grammy for all of our future Orlando endeavors and I highly recommend you do too! We can't thank you enough Grammy!!!

In addition, Bailey had a massive skin infection, Giardia, impacted anal glands, both ears infected, and Mange to name just a few. We needed help urgently as this poor guy never even wore a collar. Once his neck was healed enough and we had our vet's approval, we needed to get him use to wearing one since we had no control using a harness. Bailey went nuts when he saw other dogs, children, iguanas, squirrels, and any leaf or piece of paper that moved. He also picked everything up, and had the puppy mouthing and nipping going on. Because of his medical conditions, no one would assist us. Melania was a godsend. Although her schedule was pretty full, she took us early in the morning. Her instructions and advice worked wonders. We can walk Bailey without having our arm pulled out of the socket. The day that he watched a squirrel a few feet away was a miracle. Melania not only taught Bailey how to behave, but alsotaught uswhat to do. I think we were as much the problem as was Bailey. We wish i could take Melania back to Chicago with us to continue Bailey's training. Although we'll continue training once we get home, I doubt we'll find someone as wonderful as she was. We definately will take Bailey for more lessons with Melania when we return to this area next winter. Thank you Melania for everything you did for us and for Bailey. We would be lost without you. He was a…read moreunruly jungle cat, jumping on furniture and people and being aggressive with our female (she was equally aggressive). After a week of hell, Good Dawg came to our rescue. He took both of our dogs for boarding and training, giving us some much needed relief. They came back different dogs! Not only do they listen to commands, they also get along great! It is a huge difference! However, it is still a work in progress...we are still doing our follow up lessons to continue their training. As to the comment below by Allison, I do not find Jerry to be at all condescending in any way. He is great guy...and yes, his dogs are amazing and impressive and they CAN jump on fire hydrants!

He is the most wonderful doctor for animals. He saw that Bay-Lee had a foot infection and treated him. My baby is now doing wonderful. Disappointed with the level of care. In every visit, they try to sell me more things that my dog…read moredoes not need. Last visit, they were supposed to do the anal gland expression, and they forgot. As I was about to leave, the nurse tells me that they forgot to do it, and they would do it now (before I left their office). I agreed, and they did it. Next, they charged me again for the anal expression, and then told me that next time it's included as part of the charge for the visit. This contradicts what they just did, in that they charged me for the visit and medication that they pushed to sell, and then they charged me for the anal gland expression they forgot to do during the visit. Then, my dog has been on heartguard and nexguard since he was adopted in December 2023. The order is set to autofill every six months. Today, they call me to tell me they can't fill my dog's heartguard because they want to charge me before refilling his medication. Disgraceful level of service. The staff appears to be nice, but they are being pushed by their owners, Dr. Medera and Mrs Rivera to focus on generating revenue over providing an acceptable level of care. There is a line between generating revenue and focusing on providing care, but when you push sales of things that are not needed, overcharge for services that were already paid for, and withhold medication when my dog has been under their care for so long, it is unacceptable and down right despicable. I will find a veterinarian that actually cares about their patients.
