Falls way behind the curve of what a mobile pet groomer is. I tried it. but I learned and I will not do it again she's not licensed she doesn't even have a business license for God's sake she doesn't part-time and she travels all over which is stupid because she doesn't have a travel grooming vehicle. her idea of a mobile groomer is driving to your doorstep and using your stuff other than the shampoo and little doggy cookies she brings. and charges you for the distance she traveled. That's absurd.

10 stars if it was an option…read more I would first like to say I was a little reluctant to try Heaven based on her reviews, but then I re-read the reviews and HAD to try her out after I realized the reviews were based on ignorance. First and foremost, Heaven Luxury Pet Care is just that "Pet Care". At no point does she claim to be a "mobile vet" and she is not a mobile groomer by definition. She offers a wide range of services which does include but are NOT limited to basic grooming and maintenance. Her services are based on convenience for the customer. Heaven came to my house to give My baby Pandora a bath and play time. I didn't mind she used my "water and electricity". In fact I preferred it being this was the first time meeting Heaven. I like to watch over and make sure my baby is being treated right. (I worked at a groomer when I was way younger and the treatment they gave the pets was terrible because the pet owner was not there). Up front Heavens very lengthy process and stern policies are very clear before booking a service. Everything is MADE KNOWN before your appointment. I loved the fact that she requires shot records prior to a service. This protects my baby and everyone else's. All of her policies are clearly and concisely provided before the service is rendered. She does have a cancelation fee which was made known before I agreed to my service. She is flexible. She will come to you or you can go to her. She will even pick up and drop off. Yes, she charges for gas, and who wouldn't? (When you order pizza you are charged for gas too! It is disguised in the delivery fees) Yes she does provide the convenience of digital communication but will also call if needed. In this day and age, everything is done by email, text, and social media. That should never be held against someone for staying current with the times. Heaven is young and I give her NOTHING BUT PROPS for doing something at such a young age. She could be running the streets but chose to start her own business. I didn't realize this world is criticizing based on age these days. (Warning to the kids out there mowing lawns and babysitting it is unacceptable to be too young and trying to earn money or learn responsibility lol). HEAVEN DON'T LET THESE KARENS DISCOURAGE YOU AND CONTINUE TO BE A BOSS!!! After speaking with Heaven I learned she has several years of experience and a true passion and love for animals. She graduated from college 2 years ago, earned a vet tech degree, and has a full-time job at a vet clinic. The fact is Heaven was wonderful with Pandora. Heaven was friendly and knowledgeable. For her age, she was very professional. Pandora does not like new people and can be aggressive with the unknown. Heaven was patient and kind to her. She won Pandora over with her cookies. (and they were organic) I highly recommend Heaven if you can respect AND accept the fact that she is out there trying to make something out of nothing. Read her forms before signing and don't book the service if you do not agree with her policies. If you are a Karen or don't know how to read and comprehend what you read then Heaven might not be the best fit for you.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! After recently moving to…read moreOrlando my young daughter brought her cat in after she had him neutered at another clinic. She was told that it was HER FAULT that he was sick because she decided to take him to a spay/neuter specific clinic after getting quotes of $550 plus for him to be neutered at a veterinarian office. Instead of having sympathy or understanding for her, she was literally told it was her fault in spite of the fact that my daughter has spent hundreds of dollars on her cat, taking him to an actual reputable veterinarian in Texas before moving, making sure he had every vaccination up to date, being responsible by getting him neutered and buying top tier food and litter for him since day one! They had the nerve to tell her it was her fault for taking him to a spay/neuter clinic instead of having any empathy! Maybe if veterinarians didn't try to take advantage by charging $550 plus for basic procedures then more people could afford to have them done there! It's just inconceivable that anyone would place blame on someone, especially a young person who is being responsible and seeking help for their pet! Also, she overheard a woman crying because they were going to euthanize her cat for non-payment! Unbelievable!

This animal hospital has been storing dog semen for clients for many years. When the best vet…read moreretired and new people are running this place, things started going downhill. Now, they are extorting the clients by saying that they will no longer store the semen and that the clients MUST use a business that they want them to use or else, they will charge a lot of money to transfer the semen to the client's choice. This is wrong, wrong, wrong. Extortion!!! Also, they waited to inform the clients of what they were doing until the last minute and gave a deadline to the clients to decide and complete paperwork. However, their pdf form is outdated and poorly done. And, they did not provide the proper paperwork to the clients (their freeze sheets on the dog semen stored) when they sent out their letters, informing the clients of the situation. We received a letter from then, dated May 26, 2026. We have arranged for transport of our semen with a person already going there this weekend to pick up theirs, with their own tank, and now, this business is refusing to allow this to occur. Even though, they already approved it, in writing, yesterday. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ EXTORTION!!!
