That's when I found Jim Wallace. I couldn't believe the transformation on Rocco. He became a super calm dog. A pleasant to take out in public, a well behaved doggie. Rocco passed I'm May 2024. I never thought I will get another dog, but being an animal lover, I decided to get a new puppy. My luck, Mío is a very hyper doggie, a Border Collie. I searched and took him to various trainers in the St Cloud area, but not sure they were prepared to handle this new life partner. Then I remembered Jim's training. Mío started going to puppy day care four hours a day, three times a week. Oh, boy. He is already showing signs of a well behaved dog, one that can go in public places and be able to control his impulses. Jim's love for animals shows all the way in the manner he respects them, the level of patience, and the advice he gives me so I can continue his training at home. I'm so grateful to have found Jim again. If you are serious about investing your live with a dog, Jim and his trainers are the way to go. We need more compassionate trainers like Jim and his staff. As an animal behavorist, Norma was able to take into account their actions and many other factors and over time has helped each of them to become much happier and more socialized pets. Even better, she has helped us to be better owners. Whenever we leave town, we leave both pets with her, fully knowing that they are in the best of hands and that they will have a wonderful time. First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.
