When we were referred to Ashley, I wasn't sure at first--at the meet and greet I thought, "Wait, Kobe is almost her size!" But wow--good things truly do come in small packages! Kobe absolutely adored her. Not only did she win him over instantly, but she even prayed with him before his dinners (a detail that melted our hearts!). Ashley sent us recorded updates so we never felt out of touch, and every night she made sure his space was washed, tidy, and cozy. The best part? Kobe got to stay in the comfort of his own home while Ashley came to walk him, play with him, and shower him with love. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was safe, happy, and cared for. We are beyond grateful for Ashley's professionalism and warmth. Now that we've added our little miniature poodle-bichon mix, Coco Tinga, we can't wait for her to enjoy the Luxe Pet Oasis love too. Ashley is a true gem, and we'll be recommending her to every pet parent we know!

Have a blessed day Jim. Laura Acevedo Local Guide·32 reviews·7 photos 2 minutes ago New A few years ago I owned a very aggressive American Bulldog. I was desperate. I didn't know what to do with him. That's when I found Jim Wallace. I couldn't believe the transformation on Rocco. He became a super calm dog. A pleasant to take out in public, a well behaved doggie. Rocco passed I'm May 2024. I never thought I will get another dog, but being an animal lover, I decided to get a new puppy. My luck, Mío is a very hyper doggie, a Border Collie. I searched and took him to various trainers in the St Cloud area, but not sure they were prepared to handle this new life partner. Then I remembered Jim's training. Mío started going to puppy day care four hours a day, three times a week. Oh, boy. He is already showing signs of a well behaved dog, one that can go in public places and be able to control his impulses. Jim's love for animals shows all the way in the manner he respects them, the level of patience, and the advice he gives me so I can continue his training at home. I'm so grateful to have found Jim again. If you are serious about investing your live with a dog, Jim and his trainers are the way to go. We need more compassionate trainers like Jim and his staff. Jim is also an American Veteran, who's work during his military career was with dogs. Many years of experience. HIGHLY recommended!!! Thank you, Jim.

I stopped playing tennis, wouldn't leave the house because I was afraid he would die alone. I cried all day, every day! We just left an awesome vet at the veterinary healthcare in winter haven , my dog is barely in stage 2 kidney failure, liver is great, I hope I can sue them. What that vet put us through is unforgivable. I'm writing the medical board and every other possible thing to report this abuse. Never again, roaches are too good for this place although I'm sure there are some in there because it is filthy!

Maybe it was because I went in late, but the vet made me think twice about every going there again. The vet was very condescending toward me and luckily my dog was healthy at the time but I never wanted to go back again. For what, to be reprimanded for bringing my dog into the vet's office when he needs a check up? I would expect that treatment when I am not at the place that will get my dog the help he needs.
