I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) I decided to give it another try but instead of taking him to the Kissimmee location, I would now take him to the St.Cloud Location. The day before his appointment, I received a call for confirmation to take him. I was mind blown because this was the first time a petsmart has called at all. The gentleman was really polite on the phone and reminded me to bring all his updated records to his appointment. Day of appointment: We had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. I arrived a few minutes lates because of the traffic and once I got there I realized I scheduled before opening hours. There's a bell that you can ring and they'll open the door for you so you can take them to the grooming section. First impression: I was amazed of how big and clean it was and how it didn't have that animal scent as other stores. Once I got in, I got greeted by a lovely young lady. She went ahead and asked me all the questions and then explained to me what they were going to do. Any concerns I had were completely answered and she made me feel comfortable on dropping my dog Zero off. I had voiced to both of the young ladies that at the other location they didn't listen and groomed my dog incorrectly. Pick up time: Time for me to pick up my baby Zero. Before I head out, they sent me a picture of Zero when he was completely ready and another email to let me know he was ready for pick up. When I got there, they were still in high spirits and gave me his paw report. He came out a different dog, different as in happy this time. I've never seen Zero come out as happy after taking to the groomers. He was looking so clean and so perfect. They even gave him an adorable bandana. Overall, I'm really happy with this location and everyone was really helpful and nice. I'll be back in two months for another appointment :)

Good Dawg training was outstanding! We adopted a second dog which was a nightmare! He was a…read moreunruly jungle cat, jumping on furniture and people and being aggressive with our female (she was equally aggressive). After a week of hell, Good Dawg came to our rescue. He took both of our dogs for boarding and training, giving us some much needed relief. They came back different dogs! Not only do they listen to commands, they also get along great! It is a huge difference! However, it is still a work in progress...we are still doing our follow up lessons to continue their training. As to the comment below by Allison, I do not find Jerry to be at all condescending in any way. He is great guy...and yes, his dogs are amazing and impressive and they CAN jump on fire hydrants!

I try this place four times and that's my last time. Groomers do not listen to instructions nor…read morefollow directions. Every time I drop off my dog is only for a bath and brush and nail trim. That's it. That's all I want. I had a problem when I'm telling them that they are overly brushing my dog's tail. I want it fluffy and long one time I picked them up, got home, and I noticed something funny. His tail look very thin, but his butt is full of fur which I have explained that that's the area that needs the most brushing didn't listen. They ruined his tail so I had to wait a long time for his tail hairs to grow back. All the issue is the nail trimming. They only cut the very tip of the nail. They do not cut them close enough to the quick. Long story short the last time he went in the guy talk to me ran the words and instruction to me which it was bathing brushing nail trim that was it no cut whatsoever. I go pick up my dog pay $117 for his bath plus a $20 tip. At home I kept looking at my dog and he looks weird different. My kids and Family are saying oh he looks different. He looks nice but he looks different and we couldn't notice what it was into at night I was cooking and I noticed his paws that were clipped and I started inspecting my dog's body and that's when I realize my dog had a haircut. Who told them to do that? They ruined my dog. I like my dog to look shaggy rough looking all he needed it was a bath that's all and they went and that whatever they want my dog is not a show dog he's my emotional support Pet. I am not happy looking at my dog every day feeling sad and mad because these people ruin my dogs looks. When they make a mistake, they don't come up front and own up to it. I'm very disappointed on these so-called groomers my sister's a groomer and the reason I don't take my dog over there is because she lives far. She's better groomer than dumb. I'm sorry to say. They did not follow my instructions nor directions you're ruin me and my dog and it's easy to say hair grows back not 100% grows back the same so you need to go back to training on listening to your clients. Never ever going to take my dog here again and I'm not recommending this place to nobody. I know because you don't listen you do whatever y'all want you ruin my dog fur.
