I've been a customer of Olga's for several years now for a biweekly house cleaning, and I can't…read morerecommend them enough. They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

They cleaned areas that are often skipped, including baseboards, trim, and hard-to-reach corners, and treated the home with real care. I also have a cat, so pet hair and stray litter can be a challenge, but they handled it without issue. Floors, corners, and high-traffic areas looked noticeably better, and the space felt truly clean--not just surface-level tidy. They worked steadily the entire time they were at my home. After double checking everything I am satisfied with their cleaning and appreciate that they did fix the problem areas as soon as I mentioned it. They were very attentive the second time around so I do appreciate that and they made sure that I was happy with the service! I was a little disappointed that attention to detail wasn't more of a focus. There were several areas that were still dusty and not fully cleaned. I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews…read more They advertise a "21-point cleaning checklist," yet many basic items--things that had been cleaned previously during a regular cleaning--were not touched at all. We paid for an extremely expensive deep cleaning, and the results were completely unacceptable. They sent four people to the house, yet upon inspection, large portions of the home were still dusty, dirty, and clearly ignored. Several surfaces were visibly covered in dust. This was not a deep clean by any definition. They removed trash from the cans but did not replace any trash bags, despite specifically asking us to provide them ahead of time. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. Even more concerning, we completed their pre-cleaning form and explicitly requested extra care around the computers in our home. This request was completely ignored. The floors were over-mopped, causing water damage that short-circuited a computer, resulting in $150 out of pocket for a replacement part. After I raised these concerns, the company reached out and offered a partial refund, acknowledging there were issues. However, the refund was never issued, and they never followed up or contacted me again. This lack of accountability only added to an already frustrating experience. Between the missed areas, careless work, damage caused, and a refund that was promised but never delivered, their claims feel misleading at best and dishonest at worst. I am deeply disappointed and do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are considering a deep cleaning or have valuable items in your home.

I haven't cleaned my house since June. I hurt my ankle and back, which led to me neglecting a few…read morethings. Then with a pool membership, I just lost all of my weekends. I needed a one time cleanup and was referred to South Jersey Maids. I spoke with Jose and wondered if I was too far from them. I explained that I just wanted my bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen, and living room cleaned for a one time job. Jose asked when I would be available for an estimate and he came to my house. I showed him where I kept my vacuum and cleaning supplies and I was told that they use their own. If I had a preference for my cleaning products, they would gladly use them, but they always bring high-quality eco-friendly cleaning supplies. Since I was paying them to clean anyways, I figured let them use their own stuff. Jose gave me a quote and we set up our appointment on the spot. About a half hour before our appointment, Jose called me to let me know they would be there on time. Once they arrived, I went outside to work on my neglected garden. While I was out there, my house was getting a cleaning treatment unlike anything it has had before. I looked over everything that they cleaned and was totally amazed. I actually felt guilty about working outside, because I was going to destroy that immaculate bathroom. There were some counter stains from when I moved in two years ago and now they are gone. I tried so many products and just thought that would be there forever. Even right now, I'm just glancing around at the cleanest this house has ever been. Everyone was friendly, met the quote and the time they said it would take. I'm not going to use them all of the time, but I will gladly ask them back before I host Thanksgiving dinner for the families.
