We ran into a repair issue and the dealer had our vehicle on and off for months and still could not fix the problem. They misdiagnosed several times and used up our warranty and charged us out of pocket cost only for our engine light to return. My mother recommended Robert's shop before she moved so I decided to take my chances and I am so happy I did. They are VERY experienced mechanics and they did a few tests and figured out a year long problem in LESS THAN 1 hour! Our jeep is back running beautifully. Thank you so much Robert. I will be recommending you to everyone!

I don't usually leave reviews like this, but this situation has gone beyond unacceptable and needs…read moreto be documented. I initially contacted NWI Auto Repair which Shelby answered on January 26th to inquire about a tire repair. I was told they were having car trouble but would follow up, which they did. Randy (the owner) came out to put a spare tire on while the original tire was to be repaired. Payment was sent, and a service time was scheduled for today at 11:00 AM. At 10:32 AM, I reached out to confirm the appointment and was told again that there were car issues and the time was pushed back to between 2:00-3:00 PM. I accommodated this change and waited. From that point forward, I was given the runaround all day. I was first told Randy was "nowhere to be found." Then I received another message stating that my tire was in her stepson's truck and that he would bring it after leaving his girlfriend's house. That never happened. After multiple attempts to get a clear answer or timeline, I was ignored entirely. The final message I received stated that I needed to "stop harassing her" about my own property and that she would "get around to it when she can." This is not just unprofessional it is deceptive behavior. I paid for a service, my property was taken into their possession, no service was completed, and I have neither received a refund nor had my property returned. Instead, I was met with excuses, shifting stories, and ultimately dismissal. I tried very hard to avoid leaving a negative review because I respect people's hustle, but this experience strongly reflects scam-like behavior and a complete lack of accountability. Please be extremely cautious before doing business with this company.

The price was good so I chose them to do the job. When I got there I waited an work entire shift for them to install my tires. They weren't even that busy. The wait was ridiculous. They installed my tires but failed to program my sensors. As soon as I drove off I noticed they weren't programmed so I went back they had me come back another day just to wait forever again. They didn't program them and they still aren't programmed. I'm so disappointed they gave me false information over the phone just to get my business. If they couldn't program my sensors they should have told me before they installed the tires so I could have chosen to go elsewhere. I will never go back to them nor will I ever recommend this place anyone. The installer was nice but the old guy behind the counter has a bad attitude. Poor customer service, if I could have gave them no stars I would have!

Decent Repairs, Toxic Atmosphere **Pros:** The basic service…read morehere is okay. They fixed the AC on my vehicle, and the work itself was fair and reasonably priced. **Cons:** The actual experience of being in this shop is deeply uncomfortable. The owners possess extreme, egocentric, and radical views that they do not hesitate to push onto customers. Walking into this business feels like stepping straight back into a Jim Crow-era South atmosphere. **Verdict:** While they can handle basic mechanical repairs, the hostile and backwards environment makes it completely unsupportable. No matter how fair the AC repair was, the deeply unsettling interactions are simply not worth it. I will not be returning, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you prefer to do business in the 21st century.
