This is a great facility for the consumer. The facilities are nice but modest. You pay for the…read moreprivilege of a fancier facility with an exorbitant overhead. This is not that place. Clean, straightforward, not too big, and ready to sell. Additionally, when buying a vehicle from an auto dealer, the customer has a singular advocate via the sales person whom they have been dealt. When you go here, ask specifically for TYSON MURTA! I have purchased several vehicles and RV's over the years from many dealers and he is one of the finest auto sales people I've ever worked with. Every car salesperson has the unfortunate struggle of not only having to rightfully look out for his family and his employer, but also to make sure that the customer he/she is serving isn't taken advantage of. Tyson is a guy who clearly still has his character and integrity well intact. This translates to a person who can do his job well while still trying to do the best he can for his customer. During the process of finding our vehicle and determining the costs associated with such a purchase, I never felt manipulated or lied to by Tyson in any way. I imagine this may also have to do somewhat with the management, by extension, but I can only speak to my experience with Tyson. The finance manager who dealt with us at the close of the sale was direct and reasonable as well, but my experience with him was limited. We now have a vehicle which we really feel suits our family's needs. The price was extremely fair and the quality of the vehicle was excellent (we purchased a new/used). Tyson even took care of us AFTER the sale, making sure all of our needs were met even after the close. We are grateful to him and to Lash Chevrolet for an all around excellent experience!

I guess they were relying that if they ignored you, the cost of legally getting them to honor their agreement would be too costly for us. As luck would have it, 8 months later Columbus had a flash food and it was dark and you couldn't see anything. Water rose above the floorboards and the car was totaled because of potential damage to the electrical components. We replaced the car elsewhere from a more honest dealer. Maybe Lash is OK if you want a NEW car and a Chevy where you'd have GM behind the purchase but I WOULD NOT buy a used car from them without having YOUR good mechanic thoroughly inspecting it. Fixes Lash makes from their service department, may only be a bandaid to get it off the lot and another 50 miles. And at least in our experience, anything written in the contract was not honored. I rarely write negative reviews, but this one is warranted.

I paid $701 for a new battery in August because my battery was tested at having 26% power. After purchasing the new battery, the car continued to misfire. I took it to a dealership in Dublin and received that crazy quote. After crying, praying and calling the bank I make my payments, I told them if I get a crazy quote from this company my sister recommended to me, come get this car. I had to wrap my head around that I was duped in this purchase. I was going to buy a beater to pay off my debt before getting what I want. My family was so upset and didn't want me going from my dream car to a beater. This was almost a month process before dropping off my vehicle to Dandini's. Before we took it to the shop, we got a diagnostic test that read that the cost of repairs could be $3500 and it listed the problems. Dandini send me their diagnostic test and it includes a dead battery. "WHAT??!!? It's a new battery. That can't be possible!!" They take the battery out to charge it and sees that the casing is cracked. They tell me... (PLEASE REMEMBER THIS) this will probably fix your problem. Did you want us to fix the other issues? They didn't try to control my money out of fear. Of course I told them to fix the problems because they were going to need to be fixed eventually and they had the car. I was at the freakin end of my rope and received honesty and professionalism. In today's society this is freaking rare. I'm 57 years old so I've seen society change from "Made in America, built to last" to "build it to break" to make a quick dollar. Dandini's is in Westerville and worth the travel.

They didn't disappoint, and Ken and Bob kept me updated on the progress of the replacement. I highly recommend Dandini's.
